To be honest, we came here with low expectations due to the lower rating on Yelp. There were some complaints about poor service, mediocre food, and incorrect orders. It was after 4pm on a Friday, and the servers were rather busy at this location. Sierra was our server and she was visibly hustling. Our orders came out fairly quickly and were correct. Food quality was as expected, and it definitely hit the spot. The only thing that seemed off was how flat the Bud light draft beer was. We ended up doing the 6 for $20 with two orders of 10 boneless wings, 2 sides of fries, 2 fountain drinks. We ordered an extra side of celery and carrots and a draft beer (happy hour). Awesome deal and our check was about $30. Not bad for a meal at a dine in restaurant!

As busy as she was, Sierra was very attentive and would check on her tables to make sure everyone was still doing well. Excellent service. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Came here for dinner with my family a couple weeks ago. Took a little minute to get seated even though it wasn’t busy.

Our server was nice and attentive; and gave us enough time to decide and then periodically checked on us.

We each got wings, shared a large order of wedges and got a kids meal for the baby.

Everything was hot and fresh; the wait for anything we ordered wasn’t too long and it was definitely filing.

Food was prepared and served fresh/hot. There were some issues with our server and the bill, something about having to straighten it out, so we were delayed a bit getting on with our day.
Plenty of screens to watch a variety of games today. Be aware, Sundays are usually open seating so if you don’t get there early you may be waiting for a table. There is a reasonable amount of parking although you may have to park around the corner if it’s a busy day.

At 5:30 this evening on Saturday march 7, we had the worst experience trying to place a to go order. I’m sure they will be able to find out who the person was by the time and date. We will no longer frequent this establishment if this is how their employees treat customers we really don’t want any part of it.

I have order 3 times from this place, and every single time something went wrong (missing wings or the wrong sauce) and after being lie from getting a refund I stupidly decided to order again.
Today after several months of no eating or ordering from this specific restaurant I have decided to try again, so I went to pick up my order and I counted the wings bc I didn’t trust them to put the right amount (bc a prior incident) but I didn’t check for the right sauce. As I arrived in my home I noticed that it was no sauce on my wings (wrong order once again) so I called and after no solution from what I thought it was the manager (it wasn’t) I drove all the way back to the restaurant to return the wings and get my money back. After perhaps 15-25 min of trying to talk with the manager to get my refund the manager didn’t get out of his/her office to talk to me. So in all that time I have Chester and other girl trying to convince me of three things:

1. That those wings have the right sauce, they were just a little dry bc after 10 minutes the wings get a little bit dry and apparently tasteless too. They have the nerve to look at me on my face and try convince me that what I am seeing and what I had taste wasn’t plain wings but Lemmon pepper sauce wings a little bit dry. Arguing that I’ve been in that restaurant dining in and I have never have a issue (which is true, but I always have issues when I order to eat at home) and exactly because I had eat a lot times there is why I know that the order was wrong.

2. That I should take the new wings they got for me and go home, even after I said I just wanted my money back bc after leaving my comfy sofa to drive back and prove them that I have the wrong order to get my refund I have lose my appetite. He eventually processed my refund and even offered me to take those new wings for free (I didn’t take them though, my purpose is not get food for free is to get a refund for making me waste my time driving all the way over there and bc the prior incident has pile up and now I am annoyed) and also, because to get a refund shouldn’t take 15-25 minutes or more from a mistake that you as a restaurant made. If you as a food service provider make a mistake and your customer wants a refund you freaking give them a refund and don’t put your employees to talk the customer out of getting that refund.

3. To don’t write a bad review, bc according to them, they have a good customer service (although I never got to speak to that manager and it took me a long time to get the refund receipt and also it has been other incidents that I’ll write down)

Even after all that I want to state that every time I dined in the restaurant it was a good. Chester is nice (I didn’t like the fact that he stall my refund that long but other that at he is always been nice). But take food from this restaurant to eat at home in my experience is a complete nightmare.

Now, I’ll talk about the other two incidents

First time I let it go bc I was tired and I was already in my house eating just 6 wings instead of 10 and I thought: well, people make mistakes. The second time I receive 8 wings instead of 10, I called and some girl answered the phone and said “the store is about to close and I am sorry about what happened but I’ll happily process a refund for you, it’s going to take from 7-10 business days” but the refund never came to my credit card, so I called a month later and someone else answered the phone and said “that’s weird, we usually don’t do any refunds but if she told you that is because it hasn’t been processed It shouldn’t take long for the refund to happen, I’ll look into that, thank you for calling” once again no refund on my credit card, so she lie to me about that refund and that is the reason I stopped eating there for a few months until today I decided to order from the app, but you already read about that.

The last two times we ordered delivery from here the food has been completely sub standard. Im not talking about cold or long delivery time or anything related to door dash, Im talking about how they fill the door dash orders with morsels of fried breading too small and too crunchy to even eat. (see pics) I dont even think there is any meat in them. It been like this twice now when we have ordered for delivery and I can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. Every place has off days, but two times in a row is unacceptable.
I ordered 30 wings with spicy garlic sauce on the side. What i got was 20 plain wings with no sauce on the side and 10 wings with spicy Garlic sauce. Half of the wings were inedible because of their size, the other half were so old that they tasted like burnt fry oil and were stale in appearance. Anyone who has gotten old fried chicken knows exactly what I am talking about. My wife got 20 wings with desert heat and half of them didnt even have it on them. Not to mention that she also got inedible pieces of overcooked batter.
I have been in here in person, I have seen how short staffed they are and so we never complain about the wait and always see how hard the manager guy works the bar area. Obviously, this is a quality control issue that needs a more hands on approach.
I would like to hear back from someone about a refund or replacement.

Food was 5 except for a few. Warm, friendly, informative accommodating, above & beyond service. I was disappointed they didn’t have spicy buffalo though, and I would’ve liked lemon buffalo or lemon garlic. Very fun time though. It was a tad expensive but overall worth it with the varieties, lemonade, and fries.
