Place is trash never clean using same gloves with raw and cooked food management doesn’t care what you have to say way over priced you’ll be lucky to get the order you ordered I see people smoking vapes in the corner management talk bad about customers and the food in the cabinet just keeps getting refreshed buttons most of them are high and forget what you ordered and the other half they don’t even pay attention to customers at the counter seems there always on there phones taking trash with the same gloves they make your sandwiches with. Fast food is no longer because it’s more like hastle food and attitude I would give this McDonald’s a 0 if I could

It took 4 remakes to get a plain double hamburger. Cashier said she would bring the 3rd remake out to my car and I waited ten minutes went in, they made the third remake that had ketchup mustard and pickles on it. Finally the 4th one was made correct, but by that time, my families food was cold.

This time waited 20 minutes for our meal and then had to wait for the fries that were forgotten when order was brought out to my car

This is one of the first McDonald’s I’ve visited in quite some time. I used to eat McDonald’s a lot.I would just like to stress that this particular McDonald’s is right on top of its game!!!! Everybody there was working so hard on a Sunday!! It was amazing to see!!! They all functioned well together. My food was hot and I left there a happy person, very impressed. Mcdonald’s happened to have been my very first job.When I was in high school.. so I know what it takes to work there. The employee’s at this place were doing a damn good job and doing the hard work to make it function efficiently!! You could hear them communicating with one another. And they worked well together. You didn’t hear any complaining. They just did what they were supposed to do and did it well!!!! kudos, again I can’t say enough good about you!!!

Stopped in for lunch and I noticed how nice the parking lot was. Very well kept and large. The food was as expected and the people working kept the inside clean. The also had a really nice place to sit outside and eat some food. I would definitely return.

When you call to try to resolve an issue, the manager says, “Ok! I’m sorry.” in the most careless tone.
No attempt at resolution, no intention of helping.
2 Big Macs drowned in mac sauce to the point of inedible. The ‘sandwich’ slid apart in the first bite.
4 items should’ve come with monopoly pieces. Nothing did, not fries, soda, or big macs. Again, her retort was, “we’re out.”
Cool story. Never again.

This store is so inconsistent with its service. I rarely have my order correct and when it’s correct it’s cold. I’ve tried having patience and understanding but I have tried for months for give the benefit of the doubt. The only good thing about this location is it forced me make sure I bring my lunches to work everyday instead of dealing with the chaos of maybe getting what I paid for.

Update 10/4/25: Im not sure what happened here but time from speaker to food in had was under 3 minutes. It was not busy and mobile order was used. Maybe things are getting better here?

How many people behind a counter can pretend to be busy and not accomplish anything? 7. Also, at no point should you be standing with your back to customers while chatting with your co-workers. 20 minute wait for a soda and a wrap…

UPDATE: No, I will not go to your link that asks way too much info. Why don’t YOU send someone to your franchise and fix the problems.

It’s a shame that I have to leave this review because I really try and not leave bad reviews so let’s start off with the service. The service is great and anyone I talk to working there is always really respectful and nice so they get 5 stars there. My MAIN issue with this specific location is they NEVER get my order right… like EVER…. when I order my burgers at the drive thru I’ll order them with extra onions sometimes even extra extra onions to make sure they hear me I swear the Cooks can’t read or anything. I get ZERO onions if i do get ANY i get a few specks of onion less than 5 diced onions outside the burger…. sometimes I’ll get extra pickles no onions…. still no onions… its gotten to the point I have to go back thru the drive thru and ask for a container of them and even then they don’t give me the diced ones I asked for they give me the slivered ones I didn’t….. its such a shame…. I extremely hate making a fuss especially since im only asking for the food the way I like it but its making more work for me to go around and for the workers…. just make my food right the first time around and there won’t be an issue…

What a sad McDonald’s this is. The branch manager should be ashamed of themselves. They have not even had a working menu at the drive-thru for months. Can’t even read what’s on the menu. If my business had a broken menu it would be fixed immediately. Especially if I were running a multi million dollar corporation…
