Incompetent management and staff. If you enjoy waiting for your food, even when there is only two cars in the parking lot, and no one in the drive- thru, only to be repeatedly asked to pull forward to the flag pole, time and time again- then this 8s the place for you. Took us 40 minutes to get our food, it’s okay to be busy I understand but when I got to the window and realized the reason they were so slow was because the person handing out the food was to busy playing with his friends from over the counter was what annoyed me, he was spraying whip cream at them and his friends were reaching over the counter over our food and drinks and spraying whip cream back at him, there was a giant line and he was to busy playing then doing his job this was a 8pm.

Terrible at giving you the right food. Everytime I go there something in my order is missing or wrong. It doesn’t matter if your the only person in line they will still mess it up.
