This is such an iconic Cincinnati burger spot. We enjoyed the French without bacon and the Gordo. The burgers were fantastic and the sides were legit – cheesy Mac n cheese and the Saratoga chips were thin and crispy. Service is always great here. Highly recommend getting the “kids patty” since the traditional burger patty is huge.

The menu includes a large variety of gourmet hamburgers. I decided to try the hangover burger and was not disappointed. The size of the burger almost required it to be cut in half. It had excellent flavor. We also had the fish tacos and the grilled chicken sandwich. The service was great along with a laid-back atmosphere. They have plenty of TVs on the wall to catch local sports if interested. Our server did an excellent job! We will definitely stop by again!

Known for the burgers. First time visiting. Wide variety of burgers with many different combinations of toppings, including PB&J. personally, I found the extremely thick beef patty hard to take a bite that included the toppings. It was so big you almost had to bite the top and then the bottom. I’d prefer a large thin beef patty to enjoy the full flavor all together. Great atmosphere and great atmosphere.

Relaxed, dimly lit bar atmosphere with plenty of dining space. I had the fried pickles and the hangover burger. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Anyone who enjoys a novel burger should check this place out.

Great spot in an unassuming location. Outside looks like an old dice bar but inside is very open, welcoming and friendly. Burgers are amazing and the staff were great! The burger was the size (and shape) of a softball. The picture doesn’t do it justice. Highly recommend and will definitely go back. Many menu items to try.

We wanted to stay away from Rookwood and all the Christmas hustle and bustle and boy, this was the best!! Loved the Rueben I ordered, and took a Turkey Club home. Delicious and fresh and hot with very hot fries. Great waitress and food came quickly. While there, I noticed a great deal of take out orders so I will be ordering take out in the future. Fantastic experience!

The burgers are just big balls of meat. Its basically a meatball. No way to eat unless you unhing your jaw like a snake. Server dropped our food off and never came back to ask how it was or to refill drinks. Had to chase her down to ask for the bill after we asked for a to-go box. The bathrooms are pretty gross. The paper towel dispenser is held shut with a piece of extension cord. I would not go back.

Gordo’s is a true Gem. Everything on the menu is the best version of what can be produced. The Chef/Proprietor is a renowned chef who has studied under some of the best in the world. Each burger and each appetizer reflects a quality that sets this place apart from any other burger place. Give it a try and it will become your new favorite place.

Me and mine drove 45 mins to try the burgers. They looked towering and delicious but sadly they were under cooked and the most greasy burgers we’ve had. The whole burger tasted the same. Hopefully this was just a one time error because we’ve heard the burgers are really good but we were disappointed. Service was good but the atmosphere was kind of meh.
