Our waitress was amazing she kept coming over to make sure our drinks were full to let us know our food was about to be coming out. She kept playing with our baby boy. The food was hot and delicious and the best part was the music, nothing but 90’s on it was nice.

The waitress we got was horrible. We barely saw her, no drink refills. Wings were overcooked for spouse and kids meal. We expected more sauce on the wings, but again, without wait, staff couldn’t even ask. The gal who brought out the food was not our server. I was a little shocked at the way my chicken sandwich looked. I expected a breast of chicken. Instead, it looked like two chicken tenders fused together. B4, paying the bill, I asked the server about the way it looks, and her response was that all the chicken looks different. What else do I want. I didn’t want anything else. I came in for a chicken sandwich. There was no offer to fix the sandwich, just an offer for something else. When I declined, she brought the bill and a box. I guess she decided that since I didn’t like my sandwich, I didn’t want dessert. She was wrong, but honestly, it was so hard to get her back to the table. I just paid the bill and left. As I was leaving, a manager was at the front check out, and I made a remark we had no intention of returning, and she said sorry u feel that way. No concerns as to why or asked me anything additional about my visit. It’s almost like she expected it. We found out why she didn’t care as we got the kid buckled into the car. She left right as we did and got in her car. Again, she had an opportunity to speak to us and chose to ignore.

Always get happy & and have a friendly service when I come to this location. The food coming out was slower than usual, but they always made sure our drinks were filled & to come check on us. That made up for it. Love the food. You can never go wrong no matter what you get!

We got seated and we were waiting for a waiter to come to our table for about 20 minutes no one ever stopped by to help us. They would just walk by and look over at us. There was a bunch of waiters standing around and yet we didn’t get helped we ended up just walking out. Not worth staying. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to

We went to the BWW in Westgate, the wait was over 45 minutes and it was very dirty. There was food on the tables, on the floors, everywhere. We did not feel like dining there because if that’s how it was in the dining area, we imagined how it was in the kitchen. So, we chose to go to this location. We were amazed at how quickly we were seated and served. It was very clean, if there was trash on the floors, staff members were extremely efficient and cleaned it up immediately. The food was amazing! The staff really went above and beyond!

Went in with my family to BWW 30min ago and ordered. When the drinks came out I had my drink spilled all over me for the 2nd time I’ve been here by the waitress. The waitress (Zahyra) spilled it all over my legs and shorts soaking into my undergarments. Had the manager I assume come and ask if I was ok and needed anything. The rest of my time there they didn’t even bother to clean up the ice sitting all over the floor next to our booth and I mean there was alot the full cup of ice there. My girlfriend stepped on the ice 2 times getting up almost tripping as well as our god son just trying to go to the restroom. Food is good but food doesn’t matter if someone trips and gets injured or sits in soda the whole meal. They didn’t bother to comp my food or clean up the ice.

Staff are awesome. Restaurant is very clean. Wings were room temp when they came out. I get that you sell a lot of wings but they definitely missed the mark as far as quality for a place with wings as the main draw. My beautiful dog was like meh

This location is still charging the $.99 takeout fee that was so unpopular that it caused an Internet stir and generated a class-action lawsuit. The manager was great in addressing the situation, but not sure how often I’ll eat here until they take care of the extra charge.

We were completely ignored at the bar. She never once looked at us. She helped everyone around. A gentleman walked up, stood right next to me and she helped him right away. My husband tried to get her attention but she just ignored us. We ended up sitting at a table. I wish I remembered the waiters name because he made the experience better. I will never sit at the bar again because of her.
