Atmosphere for a BWW is always great, til the food and service sucks. If I wanted to season my wings half assed I’d ask my 2 year old. Waiter didn’t give trays for the bones and napkins. We assumed he was busy but had to ask for the items. No checkup and needed refills.

We had a great experience at this location. Gisselle was our server and made sure we had our food out at a reasonable time. We were there to watch the Nuggets game and she was very welcoming and kept on top of our beverages to keep us always full.

This place is a joke!! Walked in to no employee in sight. Stood up front for about five minutes before somebody came and finally decided to sit us down. Our server kaleb was not the friendliest. He took our drink order and food order and we didn’t see him for a while. Had to track him down for another drink. Waited for about 25 mins for our food to come out cold. We had to track our server down again to tell him our food was cold and he simply stated “What do you want me to do?” Told him we would pay for our drink and he charged us for three drinks. Talk to the manager on duty and he said don’t worry about it. Sorry about the bad experience. Never go to this place as you will be totally ignored.

This isn’t it at all! Got seated quick & sat in some water after it was cleaned I guess? Took bout 14 mins to get our drink order & we put our food order in then also. Got served some barely sauced bone in wings with a few lil feathers still on them! Everything barely warm. Kids burger was completely unseasoned. Overall everything was below mediocre, including the paper towels in the bathroom that were in there but not dispensing. Was gonna let the waiter know but she didn’t even bother to ask, so we chalked up the L and kept it movin… learn from us, don’t take the L!

I usually do not leave bad reviews it takes a lot and this place is the worst ever. We went in and were told it was a 10 min wait…. 45 mins laters they still could not find a table when there were 3 tables open party of 10 we even requested to be seated separately and some how the hostesses still could not accommodate us. They are rude and incompetent.

I am truly disgusted with how this place turned out. I ordered delivery and 5 of my items are missing that I paid for. Not to even add the old and cold food that was delivered. Tried calling to see if I can handle this over the phone but they don’t answer. Truly upset and wouldn’t take my money and spend it here! Do better.

I just called to place an order, and they left me on hold for 30 minutes. I made two more calls, and they put me on hold again without answering. It’s completely disrespectful. On the fourth call, they told me there would be a two-hour wait. I have the call logs saved. I think you should have people who actually care about taking orders, not letting customers go like that.
