This is about the dirtiest Buffalo Wild Wings i’ve been too. Starting from the entrance, it stinks like toilets, maybe because they are at the entrance, so you have to walk through them to get seated. Carpet and inside establishment seems like it never gets cleaned to be honest. Then when i was done i had to use the bathroom, and sure thing, bathrooms are horrible and dirty. Broken faucets, graffiti on the walls, holes in the walls.. though i was in jail for a sec, and they stink too. What’s even worse, is the manager seeing 4 people of the staff just standing there on there phones with out doing anything… there’s always something to do, and cleaning is one of them, not sure if i’ll be back to this place.

I had not visited this location before as I really only agree to go to this places when someone wants to. Besides the fact that I am not the biggest fan of wings I will let you know when I do think they were good. The wait after sitting down to get food menus and greeted was about 10 mins. After getting those and ordering the appetizer was pretty fast however the wings were not. We waited about 45 mins for an order of 15 bone in wings and a side of potatoes wedges. The wings tasted better to me the next night when I had 2 from the left overs and over all for the wait and the atmosphere it’s not worth it for me. The BF and I agreed next time he wants wings he is picking them up and bringing them home while I can wait in the comfort of the couch.

Ordered pickup. Food was cold, 15 minute wait past pickup time frame. They forgot all of the sauces for the salad, 20 wings plus appetizers. Said they would refund the sauces but dipping finger foods is part of the fun and enjoyment plus flavor! Disappointing experience.

My family dines here a couple times a month. The service can be hit or miss sometimes, but the quality of food is pretty consistent. If anything is ever a miss, they are quick to make it right.
There was a sewage smell for a bit over the summer and I wanted to note that it appears this has been taken care of as we didn’t notice the smell over the last few visits.
We dined here last night and had a fabulous experience with our server Clint. Thank you Clint for a great dinner that I didn’t have to cook or clean!

Waited at the front for 10-15 minutes before anyone finally acknowledged that I was there. I even tried “calling” while waiting and no one came to answer the phone. When someone finally came out to ask me if I was picking up an order, they told me they didn’t have an order under my husbands name. He had called three times at that point to put in an order. Despite that, I should not have been standing at the pickup counter for 10-15 minutes before finally being helped by someone. Don’t go here; it’s not worth your time.

WOW, what an awful experience. First we weren’t greeted @ the door, after waiting for a few minutes, we had to look for an employee. We asked to be seated, she told us to go ahead and seat ourselves. So we went to find a table all of the tables were dirty, the floor was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting. We waited at our table for about 20 minutes before one of the severs asked if we had been helped yet. We replied no. The waitress was not very helpful or friendly at first. She did get our drink order, then she took our order. We ordered wings, onion rings and my wife ordered a side of carrots and celery. When our order came there is 3 carrots and 2 small pieces of celery. It looked like a garnish for the wings.
The food was very disappointing as well. Not a place that I would ever recommend. Not to pile on but when we were ready to pay and leave, our waitress was talking to what appeared to be her family, and not really paying attention to her tables. So I went to the bartender and asked for our check.

Ordered dinner from this location this evening and my wings were delivered without sauce. The sticker on the box had the right instructions (1/2 medium, 1/2 salt & vin). Usually the wings are great and I was looking forward to a delicious meal, but got unflavored wings instead.

Horrible Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings – Never Again!
My recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Despite the restaurant being almost empty when we arrived, it took an eternity for our waiter to show up. When they finally did, we never got a single refill on our drinks and they never checked in on our table throughout our entire meal.
We assumed the service would be quick due to the lack of other customers, but our food took an unreasonably long time to arrive and was cold when it finally did. To make matters worse, we found a hair in the ranch, and our order was incomplete.
The condition of the restaurant was equally appalling. The bathrooms were disgusting and completely unusable, raising serious concerns about hygiene. How are the employees washing their hands without soap? The seats were all old and ripped, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.
To top it all off, we were only served refills when we received our checks. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location at all costs.
