The service is amazing! Baristas are kind but the drinks themselves seem to be a bit more on the bland side. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe and it has no flavor except the whip cream at the bottom and the top :/.

Just beyond tired of Starbucks at this point. Will start going elsewhere. All this foam from the matcha could have been tossed. I watch them toss excess drink all the time. More than half is a foam instead of most of it actually being a matcha latte. Other coffee shops don’t do this.

I didn’t notice till I arrived back home. Which i should have check before I left. I take accountability on my behalf. But she should have listen and repeat back, when she asked me and i repeat, i want this order that greg had, just not 9 mocha shots, i want 5. I held this pic up to her eye level, this is what i want but with 5 mocha I’ve learn repeat order back to verify is my suggestion especially in the coffee business

I’ve been visiting here for more than 12 years… maybe even longer. The team is always courteous and welcoming. Special shout out to Rhiannon, Erica, Tony, Victoria, Bri, Raven, Gabby and the whole morning staff! Rasul is doing an excellent job as manager. By far the best Starbucks in Metro Atlanta!

I was looking forward to stopping in and having my first holiday drink of the season. I stepped up to the counter and was told someone would be right with me.
I waited probably close to 10 minutes, no service. There weren’t many customers and at least 6 or 7 employees. Some of the employees were busy but others were just visiting with each other and hanging out.
I finally just left, that holiday drink will have to wait for another day

Noted was making my drinks and I realized I selected the wrong option when ordering through my app. When I asked him if there was a way he could fix it before he finished the drink he immediately started working on the changes and was very cheerful. I didn’t mean to make him work so hard for his paycheck yesterday, but I really appreciate his willingness to help while smiling the whole time. He was such a joy.

This Starbucks was not it. The line was at the door cause there was a line for the restroom and drinks combined. The ambiance is weird. Like… They are trying to get it together trying to re-model. As usual one homeless guy in the corner. A staple of every Starbucks. But the service the ambiance the line the cashier..the people behind the counter just seemed chaotic. My drink was fine. The vibes are bad here.

Other than less than desirable parking, my latest trip to this Starbucks was an exceptional experience. I was greeted, acknowledged, and followed up with to ensure my order was accurate – which, it was. It was the perfect temperature, taste and texture. I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks regionally. This one got it right on all accounts.

I absolutely adore this Starbucks. Every time I visit, my drink is incredibly delicious, and the food is always fresh. The staff here is fantastic, but my absolute favorite is Dwayne. He has a way of making me smile every day. He has such a positive attitude That’ll turn anyone’s frown upside down. My favorite Starbucks.
