This is the second time I’ve come back to this location. The first time was for to-go lunch and the wings were juicy and felt fresh, the fries too. Today I picked up a $27 to-go order (including tip) at 1:30pm and the food is dried out. The wings look and taste as if they’ve been sitting under a heater. All dried out and the fries are completely dried out and over salted (there is a pile of salt in the corner of the container.

Bdubs quality as been very hit or miss and after the first visit to this location I thought they had turned it around. However today it’s clear that the wings are pre-made and sitting in a warmer. The fries were clearly left over from that they expected for lunch rush. It is common sense, if the food in the warmer is old and dried out then ditch it.

Because sadly, I’m not going to do another to-go order and if I do come back and eat in the restaurant and I’m served this, then I’ll return it and leave.

Again, this isn’t hard and it’s lazy greed that is costing you customers. I paid $27 for food that is dried out and not good.

I had a not great experience a couple weeks ago but decided to give it another try. Nicki and her trainer Danny took care of us and did a great job. Hard to believe it was Nicki’s first day. We’ll be back!

I loved your chicken breast sandwich. When ever we went to BW’s that was my go to. Not anymore. I ordered it and what I received was a banquet frozen patty. Unbelievable. The next time I went, I asked before ordering if it was still the frozen patty, and it was.
So disappointed, I can say my visits will no longer be taken place.
Frozen chicken patty, with the Same price as the fresh chicken.
No thanks, I can make the sandwich home for a lot cheaper.

Update: we did come back and had a completely different experience. Excellent, attentive service and the wings were great. Thx for the attention and improved food and experience.

Really poor service. We were sitting at the bar and literally had to stand up and wave arms to try and order food. Still didn’t get the bartenders attention, so resorted to stopping a passing waitress and ask for service. The cheese curds were excellent, but the wings…tough and dry. The atmosphere is nice and the robot servers are fun, but we won’t be back.

Bartender will Crack jokes about your health and claim its a joke. Bartender didnt think we could hear his conversation with another employee. Thought it was funny to make fun of an allergy that could be extremely hazardous to my wife’s health. She and I overheard him cracking his joke about her allergy and when confronted all he had to say was “it was a joke”. Employees like this are the ones who will always make fun of people behind their back but never to their face because its what cowardly individuals do. Sad because we go there once a week with a 100+ dollar tab for the whole family. Gladly will be going somewhere else that people can at least be respectful.

We had a good experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were flavorful, cooked well, and came out hot. There’s a good variety of sauces and menu options, which makes it easy for everyone to find something they like.

The atmosphere is exactly what you expect from a sports bar—lively, energetic, and a fun place to watch a game. TVs are everywhere, and the setup works well whether you’re there with friends or family. Service was friendly and attentive, even during a busy time.

Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings is a dependable choice for wings, sports, and a casual night out. It’s not fancy, but it delivers on what it’s known for, and we’d go back when we’re in the mood for wings and a game.

I don’t know why they don’t sauce their wings. I don’t know why service is so slow. I don’t know why it smells like sewage in the restaurant. I like Buffalo Wild Wings. I really don’t like this location. Takes an hour to get food since covid. To go orders are ready half an hour or more after they’re supposed to be and it’s lukewarm at best. They gave us ROTTEN celery. They’re stingy with their sauce. Unfortunately, I think I’m done with location.

My online order today was late, and incomplete on two items.
No drink that I had ordered and payed for. No carrots and celery that I had ordered and paid for. I noticed the drink was missing in the lobby, which they then provided. I should have also checked for the carrots and celery, which was never provided.

I’ve ordered here several times on-line for lunch in the past month because the food is delicious. Unfortunately, picking up is always a slow process, as they never pre-prepare ordered fountain drinks, and often flub sides like carrots and celery. When I order to the nearby restaurants, they have my order ready and correct in 1 minute when I arrive.

Who holds the responsibility for getting take-out orders correct? Is it the kitchen? The bartender? The host? The manager? Does anyone take responsibility for a correct take-out order before the customer arrives?

We were at the Buffalo Wild Wings Southlands location on Tuesday November 25th and I wanted to share our experience and a few thoughts. It was right before Thanksgiving and the restaurant was packed. We frequent this location and the staff was overwhelmed. But they did their best to overcome the chaos. Bartender Jessica, server Tory, Managers Ben and Marissa plus every other employee in that restaurant were INCREDIBLE!!! I watched a customer get up from his table, chase down and put his hands on Tory, one of the servers, and start to complain angrily then asked if he was a manager. Tory was calm composed and said he was not a manager but he would get one for the gentleman. Now that in and of itself explained the atmosphere and mental state of the patrons. The manager Marissa came over to his table and very calmly listened to the customers complaint. I watched because I wasn’t sure if he was going to escalate his aggressiveness towards her. She professionally diffused the situation. It was almost a crowd mentality of one person gets aggressive then everyone follows. The staff that night went above and beyond to take care of everyone in that restaurant!!! They all deserve some kudos for that!!! I just thought everyone should know that this Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the best ones we have been too!!! Food, hospitality, professionalism and integrity – even on a bad night they stepped up!!! Love this place!!!

The place keeps going down hill. Wings are barely a snack despite the price increase. I asked for extra wet but they didn’t deliver. Just sad. I wish we had more/better options.
