My friend and I are from about a half hour away, so we don’t have a Hardee’s out in or area. Everything we had exceed our expectations!! The food was hot and done perfectly. Danielle waited on us at the counter, and her enthusiasm was refreshing! She was beyond helpful and friendly, and definitely made our visit great!

We drove an hour to come to Hardee’s because there aren’t any near us. We have a big family so we always have a big order. We were greeted with awesome customer service. All the staff working was super friendly and in grrat spirits about randomly getting slammed with a lot of food. They were fast and efficient and got our order done to perfection. We couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience

I really wish fast food restaurants would get back to great service and really hot food served every order no exceptions! It’s beyond annoying the weird stuff that’s happening in our fast food industry!
On a side note, i remember coming here to this Hardee’s when it opened and it was amazing! And it beat the McDonald’s across the road by a long shot! We pay a high price for fast food and i expect it to be served accordingly, this has to stop immediately! SERVE FOOD HOT AND FRESH EVERY TIME! PLEASE, PLEASE!

Danielle is an awesome employee, hopefully a manager! She shows great patience and teaching skills all while demonstrating the importance of EXCELLENT customer service! We don’t get to Hardee’s very often, but when we travel to this area we stop and it’s always great food & great service. Keep it up… oh and bring back Hardee’s to Berks County!

Stopped here on the way home from work to grab some food. This is the third time at this restaurant that I made a special request and they told me they could do it and failed to do it.
Each and every time it is a different combo meal requested on the Frisco bread and they have yet to be successful.
Is it really that hard to put a different sandwich on the same bread.
Or just say no, you can’t do it. Why lie over and over?.
Poor customer service. Poor delivery. Poor attention to detail.
I will not be back.

Best fast food service I’ve had in a long time! The young lady at the register was polite and brought my order to my table. She even apologized “for the wait,” which there was barely any wait time. Keep up the great work!
