So, my family and I were there for an hour waiting on our food, the Waitress came out saying our food is almost done. Then the waitress came back 7 mins later saying ( she is not sure what’s going on in the kitchen, but only half my food was ready). We left at that point and went to McDonald’s.

Never ate. Our waitress got our 3 waters to us pretty quickly but husband ordered a beer and neither the beer or the waitress to take our order ever came. After over 15 minutes of waiting on beer and our order to be taken we decided to leave. Waitress helped a table of 4 that was seated after us 3 times after bringing our waters also.

I was here with my girlfriend and we ended getting Natalie as our server. She was being vary rude and always had an attitude and is always complaining to other employees about her personal problems and we had to listen to it all. We ended up just leaving as we didn’t like being treated poorly by the employees and didn’t want to listen to their personal problems. But as we got up and left Natalie made a vary rude and inappropriate comment to us and i don’t think i should repeat it on here. I strongly don’t recommend this place as they are poorly managed considering how the employees treat their customers. I will not go back to this location until i know we’ll get treated better by caring employees.

My 1st going. Bartender wasn’t happy to be waiting tables, pretty rude. Waited 45 minutes for our food on a day they weren’t busy. Brisket tacos were good but would’ve been much better with some type of lettuce on them. Never seen a Good taco without lettuce ♀️ chairs pretty hard & not comfortable. Ice creams not as advertised as they chose to stop carrying caramel syrup but dont reflect that in Their menu nor do they tell you that when you order it. Prob won’t go back again.

Our food was dropped on the floor and still served to us with carpet fuzz, hair, and dirt on it. We showed it to the waitress and manager and the manager’s response was “no one told me they dropped anything today.” And the waitress said “I’m not the one that dropped it.” It took an hour and 30 minutes to get a few cheeseburgers and wings. We ordered 45 minutes before there was a crowd. We received cold, dried up food that was clearly sitting out for a while. We never received part of our order or drinks and our waitress never came to check on us. We had to get the hostess to check us out because we waited so long to pay.

We have given this place chance after chance and every time leaving regretting we tried. The service is AWFUL! it’s run by some of the most lazy people I’ve ever seen, mostly teenagers, with no adult supervisor to enforce good service. It disappointing because we really enjoy their food. But sitting for over an hour for food with 3 kids makes it not worth it

We had a party of 8 coming through town and they refused to seat us without a 30 minute wait, even though they weren’t busy. We even offered to split into 2 separate tables of 4 and the host went to the kitchen and didn’t return. I then asked then asked the manager working the bar and she was rude and went into the kitchen to talk to the host and didn’t return. There were several additional families that came in after us they didn’t wait on them also. Worst service I have ever received at BWW.
