The food is ok its the service that I have an issue with. I waited for 14 minutes before a person asked me if I had been helped. While I was waiting 2 groups of customers came and didn’t wait more than 20 seconds before being helped. I didn’t cut them off because i was trying to be respectful to others. I even gave a tip. I know i was seen but just completely bypass for some reason. This is not the first time it has happened. The first time was much longer.

We were not greeted in a timely manner but after being seated the service and food were great. Our food was delivered fast, fresh and good. The place was clean and smelled good. Our server was friendly and attentive. I will definitely visit again.

Hit and miss on service and food sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not. The bogo burger deal is a pretty awesome deal definitely worth going for that. If you want wings go on a day they do the wing deal which is usually Tuesday or Thursday. Like the fact they have outdoor seating. Tons of tvs so every sport is covered.

Waitress struggled to get reordered beverages out – large party so grace was given.
A late straggler to our group came in and was told she wasn’t allowed to come sit with us by the host. When we asked why he responded disrespectfully that he would go get the manager.
The manager didn’t seem to give any concern and was also unprofessional.
We gladly left and spent our money somewhere else.
Customer service doesn’t seem to be very important to this particular establishment.
Will not be returning as there are plenty other restaurants who are interested in making money.

Horrible customer service. My sister and I went on Friday, early afternoon. Stood at the host counter and no one acknowledged us. Finally, seated ourselves to then be told we needed to move to another section. The waitress assigned to us was beyond rude and sarcastic. While waiting on the food, another patron came in and she had the same experience as we did. The waitress we had totally ignored her. The food is subpar and our waitress was beyond subpar. Do yourself a favor, skip the Sedalia Buffalo Wild Wings and drive to the K.C. metro area to one. Buffalo Wild Wings in Sedalia is horrible.

Currently operating my own flooring business.
Came in here after finishing up some flooring at sfcc around 850 before a 1.5 hour drive home back to kcmo.
Ordering was quick and bartender was friendly.
But for some reason my order wasn’t brought out till 945pm.
Wings take about 9 mins in the fryer, 2-3 to sauce and 2-3 for delivery.
Bartender was super apologetic but despite the manager walking by us over a dozen times, he never stopped to apologize for the inconvenience. Which at our stores anything over a 20 minute wait automatically have managers coming out to explain the situation.
We sat and watched dozens of other people get wings over the course of 30 minutes despite arriving and ordering after us.
He approved a comp on our dirty tots and I think the bartender took one set of our wings off and put it on her own tab.
The dry seasoning on the 10 traditional dry wings was sporadic and inconsistent.
The wet sauce on my 15 of honey BBQ, Asian zing and Buffalo hot was so overloaded some wings where mixing with one another.
Kitchen staff and manager response was terrible.
Bartender was great.

Got food to go. Had to do a phone order and internet order because the ultimate sampler isn’t on the app. Talked to a young girl at the store to get the samplers ordered. Told her specifically what sauces were needed. None. We got 0 sauces that come with the food. I should have checked. The online order for the 20 wings and frys was fine. We live 45 minutes from the store so going back isn’t an option. What good are the mozzarella sticks without marinara. Onion rings without southwest ranch. Pretzels without cheese dip…

The food had hair in the Chipotle sauce and the burger that my father ordered was not to his liking. He asked if they could send it back and get him another burger but she copped an attitude and was very rude.
The customer service here was the worst I’ve ever experienced and I can not imagine ever returning to this location.
I will say my wings were ok. Little cold and not even warm upon deliver but I still suffered and ate them.

Pick-up orders are glaringly worse than dine-in. The bone in wings were so overcooked it was like biting into beef jerky. It’s a sad day when pizza places are putting out better wings than Buffalo Wild Wings.

This was our first experience eating here since it opened we got the 6 for $20 deal, our food was cold. The wings were
boneless garlic and parmesan flavor which I love but they was hard and cold. The food should have been hot and fresh. we will not be eating here again !
