I wish I could give 0 stars! The front people are horrible, 2 days in a row my food was wrong and horrible. It was a young lady and a young man that was disrespectful at the front. The manager act like she didn’t care. I will not be doing business here again and will come back in to complain to the Big Manager! Also, I will be calling to make a complaint!

When walking into a Buffalo wild wings on a Sunday afternoon, I was not expecting much. However, to my surprise, this was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a very long time. My server, Stephanie, was amazing. she was incredibly friendly and made great small talk while also still staying on top of our drinks and food. These interactions brighten my entire day, and I cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice place with good food but better customer service!

Would have been 0 stars if able. Walked in to make an order to go, made the order and was told “your guaranteed time is 6:08.” Okay, didn’t know there was a guaranteed time but that works. Sitting here listening to the workers standing behind the counter chitchatting and cussing loudly. Not what I expected from a family oriented place but okay. Of course “guaranteed time came and went.” One girl went back to check and said “they’re finishing up.” 10 mins later asked the young man and he came back saying they were just getting the sauces. I thought he said something to me so I said “sorry?” He replied ” oh not you, I’m on the phone” As he pointed to the ear bud in his ear. Like seriously?

Honestly one of the best environments I have ever been with. Food is always hot the waitress that served us Ms. Nicci/Ms. Jaiden did wonderful job! Then the manager Alix did a great job in making sure our day was going well and our food was order! Enjoyed my time watching the sports on the tv!!

Jordan is very polite and kind if you talk to her. She’s more serious when she’s just walking around checking on the store but the moment you talk to her she lights up a conversation with smiles and generosity to everyone. What a wonderful young lady! Keep it up

Had placed an inkling pickup order for takeout. My son and I got back to the hotel to find we only had half of our order. Then we call, the guy admires he forgot them. Expected some sort of compensation and we were offered nothing. We get back to our hotel with cold food twice because of how long it sat and I find out I got 1 dipping sauce for 15 wings. Could have gone better. Didn’t seem to be in the nicest of neighborhoods either. I’m glad I am allowed to constitutional carry. It made me feel a little better. Overall, I’d never come here again just based on the service.

Food was flavorful, arrived in a timely manor and hot. The hostess was quick to seat us and was able to get us in the area of our choice. Waiter friendly and cheerful and provided excellent service. Knows the menu and made suggestions that were on par. It was just after lunch so not crowded.

Good Food Great Drinks. The service…. meh It looked like 1 staff for the entire floor. One would think Rating 3 stars is fair but I was lucky enough to be in good company. My take away is do not be in a rush. Go, Enjoy, Drink, Eat, Laugh …. No Rush.
