Local Flavor is one of our top stops for food/drink when we visit Eureka Springs, which we do regularly. During the colder season, general paid parking is easy and plentiful but during the peak tourist season, parking options fill very quickly. We usually sit outdoors in their patio seating that overlooks the roadway because we enjoy watching all the people happenings down below but on this occasion, the temperature was too cool for that so we were seated inside at a cozy two top table looking outside to a dimly lit rockwall. We enjoyed the romantic and intimate atmosphere, although that’s not why we chose Local Flavor. As others have commented, our server was very engaging, welcoming and service-oriented. I ordered the grilled salmon and my wife the chicken gorgonzola. Price point across the main entree selections basically (from memory) ranged from $18-$32, appetizers generally $15 or less but their steak options were in the $40-$50 range. Serving portions were plentiful for my wife and I. Bread service, fresh and warm Sourdough bread, is offered upon request and a blend of olive oil/balsamic offered for dipping. My wife and I completely enjoyed the inside atmosphere, our food, adult drink selections, the service, etc. We love Eureka Springs and Local Flavor is one of the many reasons why.

Great food and service in a fun location. I’ve loved everything I have ordered here. Today I went for lunch and had the Quiche/Salad special. Very good! Our group of 9 shared Cheesecake and Chocolate Lavendar Cream Brûlée after. Both were outstanding! Highly recommend.

Local Flavor is a top notch restaurant, and earns it’s place as one of my favorite restaurants. I honestly didn’t find anything for a negative. The service was fantastic both times and all of my meals were superb. They have easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten and great bartender.

Loved this vibe! Lots of unique options. Dog friendly patio! Delicious food and Spicy Bloody Mary. I very much so enjoyed the delectable Sesame Encrusted Goat Cheese salad. Thought it was maybe going to be a little too much arugula, but the flavors together were divine! Grilled salmon with a salad was good!

Great experience here. The vibe was a family owned cafe. The atmosphere was relaxing clean. We went on a Thursday for lunch. The food was delicious and prices were comparable for what we got. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again when in town.

We went for Saturday dinner and love it so much, we went back for Saturday brunch! Amazing food and service, and the chocolate lavender crème brûlée might be the best dessert I’ve ever had!

Very cool little resturant. Equally amount of outside seating and indoor. The vibe was very relaxed but very upscale. Casual to comfortable dress attire. We stopped on a tues night late dinner. We where greeted and given our seating preference. Our waiter was very busy so service was catching up. The waiter was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and checked on us appropriately. He was very good. The resturant was mildly busy. We sat outside on a balcony that over looked the main road thru town. The menu was short but covered a variety of choices with fish beef and pork options. A few salads and several starters. The cocktail list was impressive with several signature cocktails. The wine selection was over the top with the range of choices. We had 2 variations of margaritas and they were very tasty. The quality and craftsmanship was so true with these cocktails. Very fresh with all of the right flavors … so good we each had 2. We both got cesear salad. Wow! The dressing on the very fresh romain lettuce was fresh and definitely house made. Next was the main course. We both ordered the exact same think. Grilled wild caught salmon with jasmine rice and grilled asparagus. The glaze was a slightly sweet raspberry sauce that was a surprise and perfect compliment to perfectly prepared salmon. The meat flaked apart with a fork but had a crisp outer layer. The jasmine rice with a perfectly aromatic flavor. Topped with grilled asparagus that was tender and fresh. Overall the dish was 100% amazing and prepared so perfect. I think we both licked our plates clean. This place is 5 star plus!! Fresh and quality at it best from the cocktails to the crisp asparagus and salmon perfectly prepared. Thank you to our waiter!

Must have the goat cheese salad every damn time – the panko breaded goat cheese is nearly as big as a hockey puck and definitely a Hat Trick! Tonight I tried the Shrimp Diablo with grits- ridiculous amount of flavor. I went on and on about it so long, drooling, until our server blushed. Huge shrimp, outstanding red sauce and cheesy grits, the whole thing was too freaking good. The lady at the table next to ours ordered it too but she said that compared to Louisiana, those weren’t grits. But we decided she can eat whatever Louisiana calls grits in Louisiana because Northwest Arkansas Local Flavor style grits are the stinking bomb. My new favorite. I couldn’t handle eating the whole thing. And since I’m bringing that home, I might as well bring home the chocolate lavender creme brulee too.
