I do not recommend this locationat all by any means.
I have observed that they lack proper attention skills when dealing with orders and as such I disapprove. I was at work trying to call the location for 2+ hours and after not being answered, I decided that I would use some of my lunch time to get a meal. I had to pay 300 for fare to get the meal and I was cool with it. I had plans to get a small fry and a yabba meal with a juice. I purchased my meal and drink. Waited patiently for the meal, and received my meal in a few minutes. Being pressed for time I decided to take the meal and rush to a vehicle back to work to enjoy my meal.
I got into my work space and went to the canteen to eat my meal. To my surprise a co-worker asked for some of my food. She asked what I bought and I let her know it was a fricassee yabba and she smiled and said she wants some and I happily offered her some.
I was so DISAPPOINTED and SHOCKED at the same time when she told me that the meal has “NO MEAT” in it. At this point she sad and hungry sad and I’m also hungry but extremely angry, because it cost me $600 for fare to get the meal, and now I had to pay 600 more to get a refund.
When I called them back, they said I can get a replacement for the meal and I was okay with it, but my other co-worker gave me some of her food, so now I am full and not hungry anymore. What’s worse than that is I went back to the store and let them know what happened and advised them I don’t want the food anymore because time won’t be enough for me to eat it again and gave them back the meal.
I asked them to refund me for the meal and their defence is that I used a electronic gift card platform so I can’t get a cash back for the meal that I didn’t get.
So now I am here dissatisfied, down a $2000 and $1200 in taxi fare without the item that I set out on my journey to buy.
We kindly requested some empty cups to share the juice between the children, as we have a long journey ahead and didn’t want to keep stopping for the toilet. Unfortunately, the manager declined our request.
This company should really be using wooden forks rather than single use plastic!
This franchise is so far the best I’ve gone to in terms of customer service…so kudos.
