Low quality fried food. I ordered fried tender nuggets, tater tots, and fried cauliflower. The chicken had hardly any meat and the breading was over-cooked and actually broke a tooth!

The American Cheese Burger was just ok, and boneless wings. I had some intestinal issues afterwards, not sure if that was because of the food, but i felt fine before eating there. The celery sticks had brown slimy parts so i didn’t eat any, yikes! Our server/bartender was nice.

This is the 3rd time they have screwed me out of my sauce and or order. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I cant stress that enough. I should have known better. I will never be back at this location again hundreds of dollars wasted.

waited 2 hours for our food after ordered 40 wings and they were all the wrong flavors, one flavor was straight sauce and soup consistency. also ordered a side salad and it was only lettuce and ranch with nothing else. after we got our food one plate had carrots and the other didn’t. just all around it was horrible and i wouldn’t recommend.

It’s not the best experience. Seated fairly fast for a Saturday night, arrived about 5pm, only 2 of us. Took a while for a server to come to the table. Gave order to serve and was informed that the food is now a serve as it comes thing so that we may not recieve our food at the same time. Fiancée ordered wings and fries, and I ordered a burger with onion rings. My food came out approx 5 minutes before his. Burger was really greasy with little flavor. Onion rings were decent. My food wasn’t very warm. His fries were cold and stale, and his wings were warm as well. I’m not sure if their way of serving is a good choice.

Came in two hours before close. Sat down at the bar. Was ordering take out and already knew what I wanted. Right as I sat down I ordered a drink and my food. After 40 minutes the bartender said she was going to go get my order together. She didn’t come back for 20 minutes. That means my order was sitting back there on the kitchen screens for 40 minutes and no one was making it. Not the bartenders fault. She was great. But It took an hour, that is correct, an hour to get my food. I didn’t order anything complicated at all. Boneless wings. That’s it. All they do is take them out of a bag, put them in the fryers, then toss them in sauce. One of the easiest things to make. It wasn’t even busy. The rush was over for the night. Every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings it’s this kind of experience. They used to be decent. Every single one of their locations is trash now. Last time I’m going to any BWW again.

Only leaving 4 stars because of the manager Bryan . Need more staff in the kitchen no one’s fault but be up front about how long it will take we waited well over a hour to get food that’s not including waiting to be seated . Waitress seems a tad inexperienced in customer service didn’t seem to care about legitimate complaints about food . But I spoke with the manager and I understand in the day and age of online food ordering and a busy store it’s hard to keep up. Just keep hiring

Ultimate nachos??? More like DISAPPOINTING nachos!!! I paid $13 PLUS taxes for this monstrosity. I paid $13 for CHIPS with a dash of toppings!!! My husband and I decided to come here for a late lunch while we waited for our kids because it was nearly EMPTY inside. Our waitress stopped caring about us when a party bigger came in. I recommend going to @SmokehouseBBQ if you want delicious food, great customer service, and in a timely manner.

Super annoyed with this place. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated. When over half the restaurant was empty. We had 3 kids with us that were getting super hungry. Had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the rest of our food, by the time it came out the food was cold. Talking with the waitress to get our food fixed so kept rolling her eyes at us and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her for even being there. I wouldn’t waste your money on this place

DON’T DO DINE- The only thing good about our experience was the music. My family and I were in on Friday late evening. I get it, it’s been hot and we are all understaffed, but this just horrible. These employees, they are no expectations for them. Zero accountability. We arrived were quoted a 10 minute wait, okay no biggie, 10 tables are open but we’ll wait. Hostess disappears… 20 minutes later a kid cleaning tables seats us. We order drinks and an appetizer, a table of 3 is sat next to us as we order our drinks/appetizer.
