Came in with family to try the boneless wings. Haven’t been to a BWW in about 10 years, so i thought it was time! Got the mild, but need to get the sauce on the side next time. The wings were dripping with the sauce. I like a little more control over the amount. Definitely worth getting again!

Good food. Great deals, but will not let you combine them. Sometimes the service is really slow, like the cooks did not show up. Service is usually good. Really busy on game days.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious meal with great service here at Bdubs! They were busy but not overcrowded. There was music playing and sports on the tvs but not too noisy. We ate around 6:30pm. The strawberry margaritas were on point!

The salsa and guacamole was disgusting, taste unflavored and like semi- liquidity tomato paste. the waitress with the sparkling mask seemed to be avoiding the table. Nobody was at the front and we just stood there for about 5-7 min before being seated. I had a party of 4, just for the waitress to come over it took 17 min. The queso was lukewarm the first time, the Thai curry wings were a 8/10, Buffalo wings seemed over cooked, BBQ wings were over cooked and hard ( both the traditional and boneless), lemon pepper wing were 8/10 fresh but the spicy garlic wings tasted old and were hard. A total of 55 minute wait for food. When I went to the restroom, 3 staff members, were giggling and messing around. This establishment doesn’t close till 12:30 am and my party arrived here at 10:02 pm. About 8 tables filled but 2 left withing 20 minutes of my arrival and about several guest at the bar. Gave us the bill before we could ask for a box, she charged us incorrectly on the bill. The server was named Carmen, based on the receipt. Left at 11:35 pm

I just left this place about 5 mins ago. I came in as a part of one and requested a high top bar. I waited about 15 minutes and no one came to greet meet despite the multiple servers walking past me and smiling. It was definitely weird vibes here, I’ve been to BWW in multiple locations but I’ve never had to wait that long to be greeted.

We took my mother in law as she’s never been. The hostess greeted us and I asked her for a booth, due to my spine. She said, “we don’t have one available” and sat us at a high top table. We would have liked her to offer a few minutes to wait for a booth, but she was too busy to care/accommodate.
Our server was friendly and sweet. I ordered the sauced chicken sandwich, my husband & mil ordered the House sampler as their meal. I know they play loud music at BW3’s, but we could barely hear each other. The food was good, but nothing outstanding. Came out “warm” Just your typical B-dubs food. For a sports lover like myself, they have tons of games playing & a lot of nice big screen tv’s.

Dear B-Dubs,
So here’s the start of my rant. I am a regular. I come in EVERY Thur-Fri. The service on Thur is superior to the service on Fri. I do understand that in certain situations when restaurants get busy the attention can be shallow, unintentionally… still yet it makes sense. Their slammed. If you view the pictures attached that wasnt the case. I have experienced horrible service more then once. I continue to attend because bdubs has a million TV’s and the drafts are always consistent. If I am being honest I personally don’t care for the food. The smell in the air is grease. The food when it gets placed in front of you no matter if its a salad, a wrap, wings, or what have you. Everything taste the same. I am a Chef. I have many years of kitchen experience so my opinions and thoughts may be a bit more aggressive. I am a nice guy. Great tipper. Always 25-30% regardless of service. My issue is at what point does SOMEONE get held accountable for such poor service consistently?. I am not sure who runs, owns, or operates the Marion,IL Location, but he, she, them, they needs to be aware of what is going on. My meal is always the same. The All-American. Open faced. No buns. Patties with cheese. Pickles. Tomato. Add sauteed onions. And tots. Simple. My burger was hard enough to break glass. Tots cold. The condiments where underneath the brick they called meat. Smh. I did grab the kitchen manager to make him aware, but this happens so often I dnt feel like thats enough. Whoever is the franchisee owner of this establishment needs to understand what is happening at this location. It is less then poor service from the kitchen staff. Not individually. I know names personally but will keep them out respectfully. There is GOOD, but there is dirt in the water. This sort of behavior is what runs off the regulars, because it continues to happen on a REGULAR BASIS. Someone has to be and needs to be held accountable and for this particular reason some sort of investigation should be performed. More internal training, customer service SOP’S. Idk. Something aside from NOTHING needs to be adjusted. I will be back this Thur-Fri as I am a creature of habit, but my relationship with the kitchen I believe after this experience with be complete.

We have two Buffalo wild wings close to us in evansville which is 35 minute drive or a 45 minute drive. We drive over a hour to Marion due to this is the best by far!

Food is pretty good as for being a new restaurant. But, I ordered a sampler and it was extremely small and the nachos had nothing bit lettuce and jalapeno and just one single church of meat. It’s almost a life size picture in the menu. Wings are good!!!

Was visiting Marion IL went in to sit at bar not enough room so my husband sat at bar and party of 3 sat at a table. Mind you they were not the busy the food crowd was leaving. They would not serve my husband 4 beers because we m (3 of the party) couldn’t fit at bar. They wouldn’t wait on us so we left and went to Logan’s steakhouse which was very accommodating.
