The staff at Five Guys was great! We went there with a large group and out food was made quickly. The staff was helpful and kept our gluten free orders separate and explained how the orders were numbered.

Visited this Five Guys around 9 PM and had a very disappointing experience. After ordering burgers, we were told fries weren’t available because staff didn’t want to peel more potatoes. While dining in, employees were loud, yelling, and bickering throughout our meal. To make matters worse, the doors were locked around 9:20 PM and several customers were turned away while staff sat inside laughing and making food for themselves. Very unprofessional and unenjoyable experience. I’ll think twice before returning to this location.

This is the best five guys I’ve been to. It is huge. The customer service is great like you’re going to love it here to take out, but definitely to dine in. If you want to go, sit down to eat somewhere with some good burgers, go sit at the five guys at this location. Love it here

I usually enjoy Five Guys locations, but my recent visit to this particular branch was disappointing. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, and the floors were so greasy that they felt slippery while walking. On top of that, the fries were cold and nothing like the fresh, flavorful Five Guys fries I’m used to. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I hope the store addresses these issues soon.

Wow haven’t been in a long time and was I disappointed. Ordered the burger without a roll. Very surprising how much is really under the bun.

3/11/24: The place was clean. The workers were professional. The food tasted good, but the vegeburger was just literally vegetables. There was no vegetarian patty! Being that it’s a burger joint, it seemed to be misleading, but again, it tasted good. It may have been an expensive meal. I’m not sure, because I’m used to San Francisco prices, so it seemed to be reasonably priced in Rochester. At $17+, it was not cheap.
