To Go location has gotten much much better in the past 2-3 months but suggest that you order online so you don’t wait long and remind them about your drink!!! I didn’t get mine twice!!!! BDubs is always yummy, needless to say!! Previously sent a message to corporate during a survey that they needed to better staff this location because workers use to be always stressed and rushed as there was plenty of orders but at times only one person running the show. Place has gotten much better!!!

I love the food and service. The wings are so crispy and tender and if you order hot they’re hot like really hot but the atmosphere is what worries me. It has a bar and not exactly the best place for kids or teenagers. It’s a bad influence anybody one through 16 shouldn’t eat here or at least not dine in.

Server was more than caring and attentive. She worked the bar, served me and I didn’t feel any lag in the service at all! She really made me feel like a regular. Unfortunately I forgot her name. So if you remember my order (20 boneless paramsian wings, fries and 2 beers on 5/22 @5pm) you are amazing and really made the place feel special!!

This was hands down the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to in a long time. The service was fast and the food came out right away. I recommend a Stella Artois beer with the meal. Highly recommended! I will be coming back!

The waiter wasn’t too nice. She didn’t bring us water to the table. We had to ask for it. We asked for more condiments and she told my step mother that they already put mustard and ketchup on her burger. She was very sarcastic and her attitude wasn’t professional. I won’t go to this location again or maybe I’ll come back in hopes there’s a different waitress next time.

I went to BWW Orland Park, Illinois as a field trip with our class. Our waitress, Nandy, went above and beyond for all of us. She was very attentive and pleasant to all the students. She was so patient as each student paid their bill. The establishment went to work immediately to set us up with a table for 17. Service was fast and everyone enjoyed their meal. Great job Nandy and BWW!
