Plenty of parking as it is part of a shopping centre area. It was near empty when we went. Our server was quite rude but I gave her a compliment on her nails and that softened her a bit. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. She got our order correct and we had no complaints on the food as it tasted to standard and was fresh. Quiet atmosphere throughout

I ordered a burger for myself and 20 wings total — 15 BBQ and 5 Mango Habanero. Unfortunately, the kitchen mixed all the wings together, including the spicy Mango Habanero ones.
Because of this, my kids ended up biting into the spicy wings first, which completely ruined their appetite and they didn’t eat any wings at all. This was really frustrating, especially when ordering food specifically for kids.
I do want to say that our server was extremely nice and helpful, and this was not their fault at all. The issue was clearly a kitchen mistake. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings can be more careful with separating flavors, especially when spicy wings are involved and kids are eating.

This location used to be one of our favorites but quality of food and service has gone downhill. Yesterday night we went in for dinner. It wasn’t crowded & we sat at a table in the bar. Our waiter was very slow and seemed inexperienced. We ordered drinks then food. We watched as the restaurant started getting busy & new customers arrived, sat, ordered and then started getting their food before us through a different server. We finally had to get up to go find our waiter to see what happened & why we weren’t getting our food. He comes to the table after going to the kitchen (we assumed) to tell us that the kitchen is backed up, that the tater tots we ordered are what was taking so long. When I pointed out that the table next to us arrived & ordered (30 mins) after us & was currently eating their meal which obviously included tater tots, he then blamed it on the sandwich my husband ordered. Our food finally came out 10 mins after that & my burger had obviously been roasting for some time under a heat lamp as the bun was rock hard. After eating, our waiter was no where to be found and we had to ask a passing employee to find him and get our check. That employee, not our waiter returned with it. Overall we waited 50 mins for bad food and we will never visit this location again. And fyi, I am not interested in a generic response from the restaurant, asking me to fill out a form. I just want to give other patrons a heads up that this location is run by people who don’t care and employees who care even less, as the manager was notified yet never came to our table to discuss or apologize.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger and received two beef patties. When I called the store, I was told the third patty was “hidden” and that bacon and aioli count as a patty.
That is not how words, food, or math work.
This is the second time this location has done this in the last month. If a triple cheeseburger no longer includes three beef patties, the menu should be updated to reflect that — otherwise it’s misleading at best.

Walked in to dine with my wife and were completely ignored. Multiple servers walked past us several times and no one greeted us, acknowledged us, or even made eye contact. The overall energy felt low and unwelcoming, so we decided to switch to takeout instead.
While ordering, I spoke with the manager, Justin, and asked a simple question about sauces. His response was that he’s “picky” and doesn’t even eat there, so not to ask him about sauces. That was odd and unprofessional, especially coming from a manager.
I also asked multiple times about the BOGO wing deal and was told yes, only to later find out it was actually buy one get one 50% off. The money isn’t the issue, it’s the misleading information and lack of clear communication.
Overall, the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. A basic level of hospitality and professionalism was completely missing.

Service started out great on a Thursday, then after we placed our food order our server disappeared working on tickets for two tables for a local football team.
Had the boneless wings Thursday but one get one and some happy hour mozzarella sticks. My wife had the chicken wrap and some tots. Food was hot, correct to our specifications and the beer was good and cold.
This by far is my favorite location.

One of the worst places of food that I have been too. It is not my first time in the food chain, but it is my first place at this location.And it was very disappointing. The food was served cold, it was spicy and we ordered it mild, the fries tasted like old oil. The wings were very hard and they tasted like old. I left my plat almost untouched. I have nothing good to say about this experience

We ate on the bar side of the restaurant at a high top. Most times we sit at the bar and eat and drink but this time there were no seats together available. A server came and got our drink order and brought them to us pretty quickly in spite of it being busy. He then took our food order. There are many TVs in the bar area to watch games and this particular night college basketball was playing. We both got beer on draft. I ordered a Mich ultra and I think the beer on draft here is always super cold, clean tasting and satisfying with wings. I normally don’t order beers but at BWW I do.
Our food order came out in a timely manner also. We ordered a small basket of potato wedges with shredded cheese and 10 traditional chicken wings, half spun in hot sauce and half rubbed with desert heat rub. My fave are the desert heat rubbed wings. I prefer the dry rub over the sauces and the desert heat is about a 6.5 on the spice level of heat IMO. There’s a heat that creeps up on you, it’s good but not overly spicy. The wings themselves were also hot temp wise and fresh tasting. The wedges with cheese on this visit were piping hot and very cheesy! We have eaten at this BWW location numerous times and I find that the service and food is always consistently good and better than other BWWs I have been to. This time the food was especially good tho. I recommend this place for your wing and beer fix!

I remember when this place opened. It used to be such a great place for everyone. The change these stores have made has been staggering. This specific location it is even worse than most. The food is such low quality, the prices are higher than they ever used to be. The waiting staff that i had in my visit could not have spoken softer if he tried, made it impossible to understand anything he said. Wings were dry, the chicken was like old or something it was just a terrible experience all around and makes me miss the old days of B Dubs being the place everyone went.

Ive been to this location a few times but today was honestly the WORST experience I’ve had in any buffalo wild wings ive ever been to!
They had only one employee in the bar/high table section and he was running around like a mad man with zero help(not his fault and he was doing the best he could). As we walked through to find a table there was maybe 5 or 6 tables that were a disaster and went uncleaned for my whole visit. After waiting over a hour for our 20 wings and fries. I finally asked for a manager 10mins later the food comes out and is cold and dry. Still no manager so I ask again than she finally comes and I explain how disgusting the table are implying the guy needs help when SEVERAL employees walked by the tables and didnt help clean. She said it wasnt their responsibility to clean this area. I wish I got her name because She had such a TERRIBLE attitude. We ended up not wanting to dine at this location anymore and leave. As we are walking out she was badmouthing us to other employees behind the counter. She a very sad excuse for a manager thats forsure! This location should definitely consider her future with the company.
I won’t be returning to this location ever again and will tell everyone I know to go else where!
