While although the food was good, our server Carolyn treated us as if we weren’t important to her. I asked for the buffalo chicken dip with the ranch on the side, they served it to us with ranch on it. She never came to us asking if it came out fine, never looked our way. We were just there , waiting and waiting for Carolyn to come, plate untouched. I had to raise my hand for her to even acknowledge us, and at that point I didn’t even want it anymore since the food would probably come on shortly. When she came, I asked if we can get nachos instead, she said give me a minute. She came out with buffalo chicken dip again, completely ignoring what I said. She never even said sorry, never said anything. She never even asked us asked us for refills! As if we weren’t even there. That’s bad service. I love coming here, I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but that made me really feel like we weren’t welcome here. When I payed, she never said thank you, not even have a nice night, just nodded her head, that’s it. As we were walking out the other worker as we were walking out said have a nice night instead! That’s insane.

I’ve been going here for years now & this is probably the worst meal I’ve gotten from them by ordering for the first time on the app. I spent $20, driving 20 minutes here just to pick up this small meal. They barely gave me any fries and small pieces of chicken I am pregnant & very angry at how they did me today. They barely gave me any cheese curds too and I’ve delivered from here before so I know how much they give and when they want to be generous giving out food. I am very disappointed and want a refund.

Boneless wings weren’t that great. Didn’t expect much from BWW but the kids insisted. Tasted like they popped it in an air fryer. Sauce was barely on. For the amount of money we spent, should have been a heck of alot better.

If I could give -5 stars I would! Placed and order online waited 15 minutes I asked how long my food been sitting there all along! Got home my food was cold. I called and you guys want me going back?! I live 15 min you guys paying for my gas too? Your guys service been getting worse within time!

Decided to stop with my family as it’s been awhile since we’ve been out together and no regrets. Food was fresh and tasty. Our server, Grace, was friendly and attentive. We didn’t feel rushed to hurry and eat but it was more, take your time, enjoy your food and each other’s company. Pricing was on average for a restaurant of this caliber. I’d come back to this location again.

I love their food and the friendly service. It just takes too long from the time we order the food till it comes to the table. Also they have great drinks on menu but the bartender is not always the best at making sure they are mixed right.
I will be back to give them another chance. But eventually will go and recommend other places if they don’t improve.

Ask them to make your wings fresh to order. Not the ones they have sitting under the warmer and decid to throw some sauce on them.
