Employees are not rude, somewhat warm and friendly but are also not competent. The communication between employees was poor and passive aggressive. Stood in there for 20 min waiting on a 1 combo order and watched them try give wrong orders to 10+ customers in the store and drive thru holding lane. They were far from understaffed but all seemed burned out with each other.
I appreciate that they were not taking it out by being rude to customers or having catfights with each other, but the manager/supervisors needed to step up and get things organized and have their team communicating properly.
Inside the lobby the customers were visibly frustrated but also respectful and asked about their orders without threats or insults. I could not observe drive thru customer behavior.
I would not write off this McDonalds based on one observation of slow disorganized service. Although as a customer it is frustrating, I commend the employees for remaining calm and moderately warm and friendly despite probably being frustrated with coworkers. Also my order was accurate and hot and good food by McDs standards

Stopped and got breakfast one morning and I was disappointed. Waited in drive thru line for a while. When I did get a chance to order my food it was correct, but everything was cold except my hash browns. Cheese wasn’t melted on the breakfast sandwich, the sausage burrito was ok but not hot and my frappe was melted. I love McDonald’s but this location wouldn’t recommend.

The absolute worst food experience I have ever had on the planet. It has been my last resort for years because no other local food places have been open between certain hours whatsoever for years and I have been sick nearly every single time eating here but it’s the only place open. Please for the love of God, someone else open a competing business to shut this trash down for once and for all.

I don’t know where these guys get their staff… But let’s just say that I used to go to a popular chicken restaurant because their staff was so friendly that it was just a joy to go there. While that place has gone a little bit downhill, I think this McDonald’s must have taken all their employees because every single person I interact with at this location is cheerful, happy, and so kind. It’s just a pleasure to be there. I want to go buy the food not only for the food but to interact with the people there.
Thank you to the great employees there and to whoever’s managing this location, bravo to you because at a time when everyone else feels short-staffed and grumpy, the staff here are amazing, And it shows in the quality of the food, the quality of the service, and just the upbeat nature of the place with every single staff member I interact with!!!!

The staff do not take the time to ensure that your order is correct. For large orders I have been missing multiple items on more than one occasion. If you are placing a simple order they will probably get it right. But for larger orders they are clearly rushing and not taking the time to ensure the customer receives everything they paid for.

This is my favorite location for McDonalds. Its always clean, always has classy music on like jazz or classic christmas oldies. Nice artwork on the walls. The playplace is always open, unlike other locations in Colerain. This place is kept up very well.

I guess it’s just the time of day that I go but I don’t wait- not in line to order nor the wait for my food, my food has been right & fresh everytime.
Idk it’s McDonald’s staff lol some employees have good attitudes & some doooo notttt. Either way my food is made right, hot & fresh.
Please don’t take the (gold) snack wraps away it’s the only thing I eat from here !
The only annoying thing is having to wait for ppl to make a left turn onto Winton Rd. Ppl can’t freaking drive!

Restaurant hours are from 5am to 10:55pm, according to the app. Try to place an order at 5:15am, only to be informed that the store is closed. Last time I checked 5:15am was after 5:00am, but we’re apparently in the new inclusive ‘whenever the hell we feel like doing our job’ time zone.

Purchased a fly a fish meal, half a piece of cheese hanging off the bun wasn’t even on the sandwich. Top bond stuck to the box. Had to wait on the other side of the building for basically old cold food.

I mean it’s McDonald’s, so the bar is pretty low. But it was clear one of the two drive-thru lines was not working. Multiple people tried to bring it up and it is clear the manager has not offered his staff any means for escalating problems. The entire crew just seemed confused. When you see a well-managed fast food restaurant, you realize how unnecessary this is. The staff were nice though.
