Seriously, just left after waiting over 35 minutes for a takeout order. Told 10 minutes. Said when I asked they would try to bump it. Issue is the communication or lack of… when I placed my order, I noticed the menu does not show prices for the items. I asked the hostess if I could see a menu with prices. Was told they don’t have those but if I told her what I wanted, she could look it up. I asked if someone sits in the dining area do they see a menu with prices, her answer was no they don’t!!! Finally another Hostess helped. BTW I spoke with the Kitchen Manager and relayed this unacceptable encounter. He listened, walked to the Kitchen and then grabbed his coat and said good night to the staff!! Clearly an I don’t give a …. environment! No napkins or was not even asked about ketchup, salt, pepper.

I requested bone-in wings and half was bone-in and the other half was boneless. The bone-in wings looked like they just poured the sauce on some of the wings in the takeout container.

After filling out the survey form that was provided following the directions from the response I have not received the points that were supposed to have rectified the problem. The points that they were supposed to send me would amount to an order of 10 wings, I was already disappointed by that and instead I am more disappointed than if they never responded. Thanks for being just as disappointing as the restaurant, it starts at the top with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Host skipped us and seated a party of about 8 boys before us because in her own words they had requested the waitress. Mind you not a good reason there was only one waitress helping about 8 tables. My mother actually told her we were there before the boys when she asked. They sit us down and the waitress then comes and tells us they are super busy so its going to be another 20 minutes until she comes and takes our drink order. Not good management needs to do better and hire more staff and train their staff to be more professional

This is sad and disgusting, I am so disappointed! My tenders are old barely any fries in here. All hard as a rock!! Definately never will order from here again, wings are cold and hard, come on, this is terribly sad, I do not recommend this location.

After ordering online, driving to the store and waiting for my order to be finished. My boneless wings are more breading than meat, they didn’t have the sauces i wanted for the wings and the fries were cold. Had i read the reviews before ordering it could have saved my wallet and my taste buds. Shut the location down.

I have ordered Buffalo Wild Wings plenty of times through door dash and everytime has been great…except tonight. We ordered 20 wings, large fry, and 4 sides combo. First off, we never recieved our ranch and carrots, second our wings were rock hard, cold, and not even coated in sauce. This is extremely disappointing considering this is one of our favorite places to order from at night.

The fries were cold and I ask if they could re make them, but they literally gave me the same fries but heated up, they are soggy and don’t taste good, I didn’t come back because the waitress was also kinda rude.
