I made an online order for 5 tacos and have been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. Steadily seeing food being bagged up that isn’t mine for the people behind me. Then they ask if I want a refund with no food after I’ve sat here for 30 minutes on food I ordered before I even got here. Get it together!!!

This taco bell is awful, I’ve never had such bad experiences today I got two bean burritos, chips and guac, a cheesy roll-up, Mexican pizza, beefy 5 layer, a regular crunchy taco and a dorito crunchy taco. When I got back home I had supposedly all of my food and then come to find out they did not give me to bean burritos instead I got two chili burritos. The Doritos taco was exchanged for a regular crunchy taco. And the guacamole which I’ve shared a picture of there was literally barely any guacamole in there. I have been to this Taco Bell so many times in the past year and every single time I regret it because they always get my food wrong. Me and my husband have been during the day and until about 8:00 at night they’re great typical Nationwide Taco Bell, but we’re college students so nightlife is an essential part of our routine he and I both typically get off between 9:00 and 11:00 so Taco Bell is one of our only options for dinner at that point. Considering they get our order wrong more often than not it is entirely upsetting every time when we are exhausted and trying to get a decent meal for them to constantly screw up and make our days worse. He and I have both had mental breakdowns because we were getting ready for a delicious meal only for half of our food to not even be there these people either need to step up their game or just leave because this is insane.

Never going here again, big rip off, barely ANY meat at all on the tacos, got a party pack, they upchanged it to a Supreme pack, didnt want the Supreme at all, they took off the sour cream and the tomatoes but Upcharged to $35.27.

I usually go here when I get off of work since I work 4pm-2am and its the only place open and I was under the impression they close at 4am( and have been for three years now) After getting no answer at the drive through, I called the store and also got no answer. As im driving through again I can hear the workers yelling about me coming so late since they had the back door propped open. I went ahead and pulled to the window and when asked why they didnt at least answer the phone I got told they didnt hear me (keep in mind I tried the drive through twice as well) and that “it wouldnt matter anyways because theyre closed” at 2:50am. Definitely ruins taco bell knowing me and a ton of other night shift workers will get met with an attitude like that just trying to get food after a long shift

My wife and I went through the drive thru this evening (11-4-25), our order was three soft tacos with extra meat and cheese, three hard tacos with extra meat and cheese and a mexican pizza, at a total price of over $29.00. When we got home, our tacos did NOT have the extra meat and cheese, in fact it was a regular taco. Talk about ripping off customers and still charging for the extra meat and cheese. We will NEVER come back to this restaurant AGAIN!!!! We feel like we’ve been stolen from!

The m f k a s gon tell I cant get my food made right because they rung me up for the wrong food … and then told me the only way they could do it was if they gave me a refund and I had my card on my phone and hey gon say it’s the wrong card information when that’s the only card I used … like make it make sense … & I WORK IN FAST FOOD SO IK HOW THIS SUPPOSED TO GO … then the food they gave me looked sloppy and like they slobbed on it … like come on now .
