The least that can be done is the person taking orders understand what is being said. I dont understand how a bacon cheese burger turned to a baconator. Paid for something I didnt reciece and was charged for a item that was more that what I ordered.

This is the best Wendy’s we have ever been to. Food is always hot and fresh and the employees are top notch, always nice and helpful. We have only had 2 mix ups in all the times we’ve been here and they were taken care of no questions asked. Keep up the good work!

2/21/26 Waite park, MN. I waited 20 minutes, stuck in the drive through, no one took my order, this is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. The entire staff should be given the opportunity to find employment elsewhere! Worst service ever! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS WENDYS!

I’m outside standing in the freezing cold because they are short staffed and close the lobby and only take drive thru orders but they still take done in orders in the app, so I stand outside freezing while everyone in vehicles is served before me due “drive thru times”, absolutely horrible way to conduct business. They also discontinued breakfast at this location. Multiple reasons why I’m leaving 1 star today. I’m extremely upset.

I did a mobile order and paid .50 for an extra BBQ sauce. When I got my bag I specifically asked if all 3 sauces were in the bag and she said yes. I try to check myself but she seemed super stressed so I didnt want to hold her up. I got partway home and realized I did NOT get my extra sauce I paid for again. Its happened multiple times. I then also realized my Jr bacon cheeseburger had NO bacon! I tried to call the restaurant twice and got no answer. I tried to chat with customer service and nobody ever came on. Extremely frustrating!

Wendy’s is as you’d expect. They are currently renovating. I usually order ahead and go through the drive thru. They used to run out of diet sodas. They have a new soda machine so now you can asked for more customized blends of drinks with flavors. The drive thru line starts at a weird angle.

This Wendy’s is absolutely terrible. Can’t even order food. Waited at the speaker for 5 mins, no greet. Tried calling, but no answer. According to the app they are open for the next 3 hours. Canceled my order and will never give this place a third chance.

I use the Wendy’s app to order ahead for convenience and to save time. Burgers are usually pretty good, sometimes a bit dry and this time my lettuce was old. The fries are always hit or miss; half the time hot, sometimes warm, and the off time when they’re almost cold. These reasons on top of the high prices makes this restaurant a rare stop for me.
Update 1/23@5pm: My family and I decided to give the new chicken sandwiches a try. The 2 Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwiches(1 spicy version) had the pretzel buns soggy and the chicken either overcooked or old. The Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich was missing the Asiago cheese completely and had a dab of marinara sauce making the sandwich dry. The sandwiches were lukewarm and the fries were barely lukewarm. 3 male employees standing idle, talking or eating or whatever, while I waited for the female employee (shift manager?) to address me for the first time while handing me my bags of food instead of getting my drinks out to me beforehand. On top of which, I had to request a drink carrier. I had 4 drinks, last time I was offered a drink carrier. Consistency would be nice to see at this location.
