Absolutely awful service. To experience terrible service and have tables waited on before you, and servers look at you and walk away? It was unbelievable. So I asked the guy seating people to move me sections, or how to even get a water, or if there was a server to help, and instead of helping he went and told the same server that had walked by me and ignored me for ten minutes. Then her response was to look at me, wave me off, and then walk away from me. NO, I don’t recommend going here. I don’t believe the food’s good either as represented by the service. I saw several tables just waiting with empty glasses, waiting for anyone to come to their table to help them. I waited two minutes to be seated, then I waited 10 minutes without a single person asking if I’d like a cup of water. Absolutely do not recommend.

The server we had was pretty occupied by the bar, we were there for 45 minutes,finally got 1 of the meals, waited for 20 more minutes for the server to come and ask if we ever got the second meal. Another server came and brought out the meal, 15 minutes later, the new server dropped the plate on the table aggressively towards me. Server was being so aggressive after we told her that we were gonna walk out. The food was cold.

I wouldn’t come here for anything but the wings. Wings are good and a lot of sauces & dry rubs to choose from. The chicken sandwich is appalling.
Cheap compressed chicken bits, you’d get a better chicken sandwich from a fast food joint. Food came out in several trips spanning minutes and “appetizers” came out last. This location always seems short staffed, they need to separate the take out counter from the waiting to be seated. Both times I ate there I wait forever to get seated while the take out drivers keep cutting thru and the staff just ignores those waiting to sit.

Just wasn’t that pleased with the food. Ate very little and didn’t even get a doggy bag. I wouldn’t want my dog to eat it. We won’t go back.. our drinks were good pleased with the. Husband has beer I had bloody Mary..

we dined in and it was not a great experience the food was good but the service not great. our server took more than 10 minutes to take our drink order and we saw her kissing the manager in a public area. overall just horrible worst service we have had and we have been going for YEARS. but lately it has been horrible food is always good but the service sucks. would recommend for takeout only.

We were seated by the hostess and waited 25 minutes and were never even acknowledged that we were at the table. We asked what was going on, to be told there was only one server on the floor (5pm), but we could try the bar area or wait for the next server to come on at 6. We sat at the table for another 10 minutes, no one came by. We then moved to a bar area table for 10 minutes, again never acknowledged. 4-5 staff members were walking around talking to other tables, delivering food and bussing tables.

We sat at the bar and Brandon the bartender was a rock star!!! Totally took care of us when we came in for the Veterans Day special. My husband had the Vet special which was 10 bone free wings and fries. (Which had a 10 sticker on the paper under the wings) I ordered 6 traditional wings with bones and Brandon let us know it was Tuesday night, buy an of order 6 wings and get another order for half price. Wings were fine but I only received 10 wings and there was a sticker on the paper that said 12.

Party of 3 and it took an hour and a half for food, and then it came out one meal at a time, so we where there almost 3 hrs. Grilled chicken salad, chicken was the size of a silver dollar. Paid almost 30$ for 20 chicken wings and they turned out to be pigeon wings and tough. Oh it too an half hour for a waitress to come to take drink order.
The kitchen and waitress were yelling and cussing back and fourth and the waitress had a very very bad attitude. This is the worse buffalo wild wings I ever been to and I won’t be going back, I’ll travel to go get good service where waitresses are polite and loves to joke around.
My wife got a grilled chicken salad and it came out with 3 pieces of chicken the size of a quarter. My advice if you want buffalo wild wings I suggest you travel to the next nearest one where you are treated nice and not like your a burden and shouldn’t be there.

We brought 3 kids in with us for supper after a wrestling tournament. After getting our food, our 13 year old went up the bar and asked for a glass of water. Carissa(spelling?) told him no and refused to acknowledge his mom also when she went to ask for one for him. She was very rude and scoffed when mom asked for a glass of water

Was sat for about 20 minutes never even acknowledged no drinks no hello no nothing. It seemed like we were being a burden just telling them we had 4 people. 3 employees standing in the back complaining and screaming about customers being upset about wait time. One of the lady’s was screaming and yelling about how she refused to deal with a bitchy lady and she wasn’t helping her no more. We probably wouldn’t be upset if you weren’t standing in the back just talking. As a general manager in food service I’ve never stood there and watched someone need help and completely ignored and walked passed them. Not only that a guy wearing street clothes walking near all of our food which is a violation of food safety he also seemed to be intoxicated stumbling around. This place is disgusting and nothing what it use to be.
