Ordered asian zing and honey bbq and recieved all honey bbq waitress tried to argue that it was correct because of the sticker. All the wings tasted like honey bbq.
Fried pickles and potato wedges were cold.
Waited over an hour for our food with empty tables around us.

Why is it no matter what bdubs you go to your wing dings have no sauce? No sauce no love? These poor pretend wings want love to. They are so cold. Looking at there buddies covered in warm sauce. What’s more insulting for them is when they are being lowered in the rake out bag to the left is a sign that says no extras added, sauce included. So here they sit cold, alone, and neglected.

Let me tell you how much fun we had there tonight. The waitress was superb. The chicken wing were awesome. Tonight was music bingo. My whole family had a great time playing. I highly recommend going on bingo night on Wednesday.

Lots of parking available. Open seats when we arrived on a Friday around 5pm. Food came out quick and hot. Staff was great and did a awesome job!

Came here yesterday for lunch, and we had a great experience! Alicia was exceptional. She walked up with a smile and had a great welcoming attitude. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, and made some great suggestions! The food came out at the right times. She made sure we were satisfied with everything throughout. The food tasted 10/10, and we will most definitely be back!

Chicken was dry, not good. I was supposed to get 5 ranches and orange sauce. For 2 10pc and chz curd. I got half a ranch. Ive been saving up months, for this birthday dinner, i was dissatisfied, staff was rude. Ive tried to get a job there, never called back. However, the staff here cant cook right or supply forks napkins or ranch with my chicken. The chicken was very small and chz curds not much. Half the size as back in the day. Over priced, especially if you dont come on tuesday. My parents picked it up for me and its too far a drive from allen park to be forgetting to give me ranch as a waitress to customer. Not everybody can afford ranch as a back up or napkins or forks. Be thankful you’re inconsiderate enough as a waitress to forget ranch etc. why because you dont need these things as harshly.

Last time i was in, they mixed my ladies bbq wings with my garlic parm on one tray, i had bbq on my wings and she had garlic parm on hers, disgusting, they never came back to ask if we wanted refills on drinks only came back to give me the bill.
Today i ordered 2 orders of bogo wings, one with honey bbq (so 2 10 pieces with honey bbq) and one bogo with no sauce and sauce on the side with Jammin jalapeño, so instead it came up on their end that i wanted no sauce on any of them, this was a takeout order. I made it home only to realize this so i gave them a call, their response was i had to bring them back so they can put the sauce on them… no compensation for my time or resources… so my wings can be cold? It’s 17 degrees out with snow covered roads and i have to drive 30 minutes there and back for the problem. Only for them to sauce cold wings. Just disgusting and i’ll never return. You lost a customer.

My server was nice, a young man with glasses, but the food was absolutely terrible. We (my partner and I) also requested a booth, in which the hostess said she could not do- and then 10 minutes later sat people down in the section with the booths.

Called to give the manager Tony/Toni (female) feedback regarding missing items ( that there’s no reason or excuse for) and she was rude and gave me attitude and stated short staff, new employees..seriously just train people how to check an order and place it in the bag, it can not be that hard & when I called, I was no way being rude, just stating facts..managers should be courteous and professional.
