I know during the pandemic and afterward, every business struggled to maintain the standards they had before; Buffalo Wild Wings is not immune to this. Dinner on Saturday at 5 pm, more than half the restaurant was empty, but being served room temperature food or cooler is something that is hard to stomach. The food was the same standard minus the temperature; the kid’s meals felt like it did make under a heat lamp. I made an additional order to take home and requested the food to be hot, and it was.

This is what they consider a full side of fries, freshly opened and none eaten. Wait 45 minutes for my food to be delivered and this is what I get. The bag was still fully sealed and this box was under 2 other boxes so they cant even try and say it was the driver.

It took a while for us to get our food. Not sure why there is a delay. The server didn’t say anything. Still, the chicken wings and tater tots are very tasty. The new Honey Garlic sauce is really good.

Every table inside and out was left dirty with no patrons. I was honestly too disgusted to eat, so I drank part of my beer and left. I said something on the way our and the wait staff copped an attitude about my asking her to clean up.

Dark and floors were sticky. Food took very long, but was cold?! Staff picked nose and pulled shorts out of their “area”. I’m highly disappointed and less than impressed with today’s visit. Reconsidering returning. I ordered takeout and still saw these things… would my dining in experience be better or worse?!

In my experience all locations are uniformly good. I love their salad dressing. I think I’d drink it alone. I have heard rumors of a few locations not being up to par, but definitely not this 1. It was crowded. But then it was a late night. We thought we’d beat the crowd being a little early for dinner, but we were wrong. Great place

The online portal was really easy to use, but the restaurant itself is incredibly chaotic. Mostly in part because they’re short staffed, but it was about a 20 minute wait after my pickup time before I got my food and the poor girl at the front desk was left with seating. Everybody at the door handling the pickup orders and taking phone calls.

Come here just about every week for bogo Thursdays. Great staff, food is always fresh, and never any issues. My only complaint is that they got rid of my favorite beer (Mango Cart) but there’s still plenty of other choices.

Pretty good wings, fun style environment! So far, so good, getting a beer and wings on a cold, snowy Thursday afternoon just feels right, I know I’ve made a good choice. The bar tender is very attentive and happy to serve, she keeps offering to see if anyone needs anything. Place is clean, the bar tender keeps cleaning everything, someone gets up and leaves the bar, and the spot is cleaned very quickly.
