Saturday night. We stopped here after a basketball tournament. 2 very hungry young men. It didn’t seem very busy. I counted 15 tables in the family area being served. We waited 12 minutes to be seated. We then waited almost the entire second half of the Michigan/Duke game to get our food.

We came on a Fri night. Placed are order pretty fast. Drink, appetizers 2 meals. Got mixed drink 10 minutes later. No appetizers came. waited and waited table that came in after us. Got there appetizers and food and almost finished. Before we left 58 minutes waiting and no food. I wouldn’t go here and waste your time. Just bad experience.

This is a review for carry out at the SW Buffalo Wild Wings. There appears to be some sort of disconnect between the time it shows on the app for pick up time and when the food is actually ready to be picked up. 3 of the last 4 times I ordered carry out at this location my food was ready over 15 minutes after the time it said it would be ready two of those times it was over a half hour. This is over a 3 month period so it appears to be a persistent issue. I could go to a different restaurant, order my food and be back home in the time it takes to get carry out here.

I came in a quarter till to ask if the KITCHEN WAS OPEN because it’s a total crap move to sit within 15 minutes of closing and bless my server, Ariel, angel that she was, she offered to seat me if I’d like, they were FABULOUS. Though beware the dour faced woman in the cardigan with a ponytail… she made me feel like THEE biggest inconvenience, without even glancing at me fully, as if I was human being. As a child who’s first ops were my givers of life, I’d say her frosty demeanor was Frosty, but even that is too kind. Def, recommend, but beware the dragon lady❤️❤️❤️

Received a Doordash order from BDubs. Although the chicken tenders were delicious, they were cold. The diet soda was flat, 2 of the meals were cold, the chicken wings didn’t taste right and we were missing a side order, veggies that typically come with the wings and sauces we paid for.
The young man I spoke to apologized and accepted accountability for the missing items, putting a little ease to my frustration. We also received a credit towards our next order. This kept BDubs from receiving 1 star.

Staff are wildly inconsistent. Came in midweek to do a large carryout order. I stood in the front waiting for service for 5 actual minutes while every single employee was on their phone, never looked up once.
I spent over $100 on wings. They were awful. They were dry, under sauced, and cold. This place has been ok over the years, but now, it’s truly garbage and an absolute mistake to patron when there are many other wing places in town that do it right.

It’s been about 3 years since I’ve been to this location. The chicken wing has been downgraded poorly. It was barely people there and we had to wait for our order for 45 minutes and the food still came out cold. We requested some more Wings to be ordered and yes they gave us more wings. The flavoring of the wings was not good especially the bbq. If the quality of the food is going down then I believe the prices should go down as well I totally noticed a big difference

I’m currently sitting in this Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve been here multiple times and each time was non remarkable to a fault. The past two times, however, have been atrocious. Last time, the food was cold. Like put in the freezer before brought to our table cold. This time, we received our food yet no silverware OR waters which we ordered upon being seated. I’m covered in sauce, it’s all over my hands, lips, chin, and legs.
Edit: I’m currently in this Buffalo Wild Wings again one week later. This bdubs has completely turned itself around. Incredible service and incredible food. Felt like home I will definitely be back. I recommend the wings. Food was out in ten minutes flat which is UNHEARD of in this day and age. My professor who retired last year is also here tonight and he’s really enjoying his wings it seems like! Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for a great dinner and a perfect reminder of how a little hard work and effort can reignite hope in the hearts of people like me.
