My girl and I stopped here before hitting the theater to finally watch Guardians of the Galaxy 3. Service was fast and good. Our server stayed on top of it. He came and brought us refills without us saying anything. Checked up on us through our stay. We even played trivia off the buffalo wild wings app. Sadly I lost by 4 points, but I will have my revenge next time. Food was good and recommend this place if your in the area.

Enjoyed my visit, food was good. I tried the new Sweet Chile Lime sauce and it was quite tasty. The only reason why I rated this a 4 is because we ordered a variety of flavors as my order was shared between my husband and I, but the flavors were not marked. We had to sort of guess what was what. I’m glad we tried 1 new sauce instead of 2, or we wouldn’t have known which was which. But overall great experience. Joana was our server. Super friendly.

Our server was Taylor and at first she was great, but then she kept getting table, after table, after table. There were at least 5-6 other people that worked there just standing by the front entrance counter talking while Taylor was trying to take care of all of the tables by herself. We tipped her good because we know how it is but I guarantee that she is not making any other money from the other tables she had. She wasn’t able to get us refills, or barely check on us. We felt really bad for her as all the other employees just stood there talking and looking on.

arrived at 5:50 and sat in the bar. happy hour specials ended at 6. waited till 6:05 and all we got was the bartender ignoring us and no server in site. finally asked the bartender if there was any servers we would like a drink. she said there would be someone but that didn’t happen. walked out and went elsewhere to never return to this location. all i wanted was a beer. it’s 95 out. cmon man! btw. el salto next door has great service and ice cold beer. our new go to as we bypass bww. at least they have people that care ! pls don’t respond to fill out one of your forms. i’m not looking at getting anything free. all i wanted was good service , cold beer and some wings. you failed miserably. your help has not attention to customer service.

Drinks messed up first time around. No big deal it happens. Had to flag waitress down for refills and to place our order. Waited for food and refills for 45 minutes till our food came and our side didn’t so we called a manager. We finally had to flag down another waiter to help us. Manager was great got us our side and didn’t make us pay for our bill. Then we waited for take home boxes which never came so I had to go to a worker booth and ask for them. I get it if the place was packed but there was 20-30 people in the place. We have always been huge bdubs fan but food and service has gone way down hill for the price of boneless chicken wings “baby chicken nuggets”’ lol ! Going to post a picture of how slow this place was tonight for the service we got. Never going back again

Took forever to be seated, even though it was not busy at all. Waitress literally walked away while I was trying to order. Dropped food down on table from at least 3 feet above, apparently something more interesting going on in the back. French fries were hard as a rock. Disappointed in this location.

Negative stars. Worst experience I’ve ever had at BWW ( and I stop at BWW often wherever and whenever I am able to). Staff made the entire table uncomfortable and proceeded to tell us to leave (8 of us). We were all coming from a funeral – some of us from out of town as well. I won’t be back again and I’m not sure anybody from our table will either. I’ll think twice before making BWW an option in the future. Sad too, I was a huge Bww supporter and was a staple for friends and family.
