The section we were seated in remained dirty the entirety of our visit. Our service was awful. It took forever for our food and drinks to come out when the food came out almost everything was cold. It’s the middle of the afternoon on a Friday the restaurant was empty so the slowness and grossness is completely unacceptable.

Lexi is Amazing!!! We love sitting at the bar when she is working. She is super attentive to you and makes sure you never run out of anything. The kitchen is spot on!!! The appetizers were delicious. The burgers are THE BEST!!!! Thank you for the great service and food!!!!

I usually order takeout. The food is always good. But the service and timing is horrible. Online will say the order will be ready at a certain time, you go in the take out door and it takes them 5 minutes to even greet you. Then another 10 minutes after the app said the food would be ready for them to even bring it to you. This happened to me twice. Tonight I asked to speak with the manager. That was a joke. Dude looks like he doesn’t even know what he’s doing in there, ZERO customer service skills, and acted like even talking to me was inconvenience to him. Ridiculous. So, good food. Horrible service and management.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was December 13th, 2025. My wife and I went with our three daughters. We were given a table and waited for about 20 minutes. The waitresses just stared at us without asking if we wanted a glass of water or anything. But we noticed that two new tables arrived next to us, and their orders were taken quickly. The waitresses or manager just stared at us, almost mockingly. I don’t know if it was racism because we are Hispanic. When we lost our patience, we decided to leave. The worst part is that they just stared at us without asking if there was a problem. I even think some people treat animals better.

Atmosphere is fine. Ive never really liked it there per se but its been a few years and thought id give it a shot again…. i messed up. The wait for food is ridiculous. We waited an hour it wasn’t that busy. The prices are high and food was cold. They need to do better.

My neighbors and I went in ordered our food. They were NOT busy. It probably took 45 minutes to get our food. Fries and wings were cold, burgers were so burnt and dry we needed more beverage to help swallow the food. Waiter didn’t come back until we were almost done.

Waitress wasn’t on it finished every drink before even getting another one offered finish the whole sampler before our food came out and some of our food looked like it’s sat and waited while other food was still cooking it was good just not all of it was fresh we were sat down at a center table with four seats but could barely fit our stuff on our table when it wasn’t really busy at all I don’t know normally I’ve never had a bad experience at Buffalo wild wings this one wasn’t bad just wasn’t something to talk about

Went there today….sat there for 10-15 minutes….3 or 4 girls working….nobody acknowledged us at all. My husband went to the hostess station and asked if she could get someone to wait on us….since she seated us. She came over a couple minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink. Then a girl came over and said there was a miscommunication. The only miscommunication was that Not one person even acknowledged us…..one of you could have said “we will be with you in a minute”. Nobody was that busy in there. Such a shame that these young people do not know how to communicate with other people in person. Then we order food…chicken sandwich with onion rings and a buffalo chicken salad. Took a look time to get, then she brings it out and asks if there is anything else. Ummm yes. How about some silverware and napkins??? OMG! You are a food and drink server. We were here a couple years ago and had the same experience……this place still sucks. Save yourself the aggrevation and go elsewhere.

Ordered two sides of veggies go one side of dry old carrots and mushy celery, didn’t get any of hour bww sauces and didn’t get my drink at all. 🙁 usually it’s good but this is very disappointing

Food is delicious and our server was great. They cut the staff for the day so our server was hosting and taking care of us. She did a wonderful job and made the experience well worth it.
