On my way to the flea market I stopped by Dunkin because I love coffee. The fella that took my order had the down in the dumps vibe and was just not feeling his day. Hopefully it got better for him but it was all worth it to me when the lady that fixed my coffee smiled when she hand me my order.

I have been coming here almost 3 yrs now and come about 3 to 5 times a week. These guys give great service and do as best as they can when tourist season hits. The people working here are super nice and do there job well. They could get some updated scanners but honestly love this location out of all of them I go to.

I am 37 years old and today I had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life!! The girl with the long hair and braces needs to be fired immediately!!! She was hiding in the back then came out sucking her teeth and literally rolling her eyes at the older gentleman in front of me. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting!! Having the nerve to ask if someone wants to tip really sent me over the top! Do better Dunkin!!

Wanted to use my points for free food. Converted the points right in front of the cashier, she scans both, then asks to scan again. Then she tells me that those barcodes have already been used. By her… who literally just scanned the barcodes. I pay for the order anyways and just suck it up that I just lost 500 points. Then she puts the order in incorrectly, so none of the food is right. Waited 15 minutes for the food to come out- never did. Other employees just on their phone in the back. Rough dunkin experience.

These guys working in here have a very scrappy attitude, they are extremely slow and unorganized. I had my voice box removed from cancer so I talk through a prosthetic voice box, the guy working in a blue shirt acted aggravated at the way I talk, then said I had no order here, then accidentally found it. The worst Dunkin, run, don’t stop, look for another.

Terrible food quality and terrible service. We waited for someone to take our order as multiple employees walked by for 10 minutes only to realize they were only accepting orders on their self serve kiosk. Theres no sign stating that and no employee bothered to tell us either. Employees looked as if they hated their job.

Ordered a glazed donut and Boston cream and got 2 chocolate with white cream. My son does not like them which is why he ordered a glazed and I ordered a Boston cream which should have had custard in it. The guy didn’t even say anything about not having glazed! Very disappointed!

Have been here twice now on the inside and both times the service was very sad. The lady at the register had a bad attitude right off the bat. I was out of the way (but they were not busy) trying to figure out what my 3 year old wanted. She tried to rush me to order then had an attitude while trying to order. I ended up just leaving.
