Nice visit. We stopped for late lunch. Shared the sampler appetizer. Way more than the two of us could finish. Buffalo box came home for snack left overs. Service was great. Paris did a great job checking up on us and keeping our drinks filled. Only negative was two loud crying babies who must have like the acoustics.

We did a take-out order. When I walked upfront to place my order, nobody came to the desk until 10 minutes later, and in fact, the phone was ringing and they were not answering the phone. I placed my order and waited about 35 minutes. When my order was ready, they did not do it correctly and good thing I checked because I would have been missing all the fries and the sauce. When I said my stuff is missing, they asked for an itemized receipt that they did not even provide, which was frustrating. We’re on a family vacation in Panama. Spending lots of money already, so we wanted to eat cheaper for dinner and choose here. Had to wait to get ordered and placed an order for 20 boneless wings and an order of onion rings which was $10, so we figured that would be enough onion rings for our party of 3 adults. After a struggle of a $9 off couple on my rewards app that couldn’t be used, we had already dealt with multiple employees; one faking to be a manager, an assistant manager and a GM. They told us our order was being bagged and 30 minutes later we asked for an update on our order, and when they brought it out 10 minutes later there were 6 onion rings in the box for $10…. We then asked for our money back and for them to keep the food and after much attitude and rudeness from employees we finally got the money back and they kept the food. Terrible service, atmosphere, and when we did get the food it look old and dry, and obviously nothing for the money. I understand certain things but it could have been handled a lot better and without the rudeness and attitude.
