Definitely wish could rate zero. On road trip pulled in for quick bite. Ordered 10 wings took about 55 minutes to get. Definitely would not call hot..maybe warm. Buddy got same with tots which were cold. Place not really busy and super slow. Bathroom urinal broken…definitely say pass up and go to Sonny’s or anywhere else.

Most disgusting thing I have seen in a restaurant kitchen. Just look at the pics and video. Garbage overflowing and on the floor of the kitchen. Staff completely ignored the trash. No one in the kitchen wearing hair nets or gloves. I’m reporting to the state health and food department. Don’t eat here!!!!!!

Place was dead. Service was questionable and slow. Boneless wings kinda warm but salad was horrible. Picture of out dated lettuce doesn’t do it justice as to how bad it was.

Ashlyn was an awesome server. She was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly even when it was busy. Drinks stayed full, food came out right, and she checked in without being overbearing. You can tell she actually cares about giving good service. Definitely made the visit better

I want to start by saying we were ignored for 20 mins waiting to be seated. I know we were ignored because I seen 3 different servers look me directly in the eyes. Then when the hostess finally came she had an attitude because we showed up I guess. Mind you it was only 10pm and they close at 1 on Friday. After this encounter we decided to just leave. I don’t know if the food is good here but based on service, I would not recommend coming here

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Went there on a Sunday and they wouldn’t even put on the NFL football games, even thought they sponsor the NFL. They are rude and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. Also, I ordered their new Philly Cheese Steak sandwich . Look at the photos of the picture on the menu and then look what I got. No Cheese, onions… only dry meat and old bread.

We visited this establishment as a party of five, and unfortunately our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a quick “How many?” followed by “Would a booth work?” We kindly explained that a table would be more comfortable for our group, and the response was, “But I have to wipe it down.” Although this was not a major issue, the tone felt somewhat dismissive and set the tone for the rest of our visit.

Once seated, the service we received from our server, Jessica, was extremely disappointing. She brought the initial drinks and food to our table but did not set anything down. Instead, she stood holding the tray, waiting for us to take each item off ourselves, even though she placed food directly on the tables of other guests. This created an uncomfortable dynamic and made us feel as if we were being treated differently for reasons we still do not understand. Our kids also had to walk to the bar several times just to request refills on their sodas, because she never checked on our table. The food itself took about an hour to arrive, and the lack of communication or interaction only amplified the disappointment.

For context, and as constructive feedback, servers placing food and drinks directly on the table is a standard of professional service. It ensures comfort, safety, and a positive dining experience for guests. Expecting customers to grab items off a tray feels awkward, puts responsibility on the guests, and takes away from the hospitality a restaurant should provide.

Additionally, communication and interaction are essential parts of excellent service. Simple check-ins, updates, and refills help guests feel seen, appreciated, and cared for. When those elements are missing, especially during long wait times, it can turn what should be an enjoyable visit into an uncomfortable one.

Most importantly, every guest deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and service regardless of appearance, background, or any other factor. Consistency, fairness, and kindness are the foundation of good hospitality. When service varies noticeably between tables, it leaves guests feeling uncomfortable and undervalued.

We share this feedback respectfully and with the hope that it helps the management team address service standards, communication, and guest experience. This restaurant has potential, and we truly hope to see improvements so all customers can enjoy a welcoming and positive visit in the future.

Ahmaad and his crew did a phenomenal job tonight! Our server Ashlyn & server in training Julia made sure our visit was nothing less than perfect! We’ll definitely be back to visit again soon!

We ordered an appetizer- it and our food came out at the same time. Husband ordered a burger, and it was very very bland. He asked for pickles and onions and the waitress was very rude with him about it, saying they can’t give him uncooked onions and they were out of pickles. My wings were cold and very hard. Hard chicken is nothing new here as it happens everytime we come, guess they’ll never fix the issue. Guess its a good thing a dentist who takes walkins is right next door, incase you break a tooth trying to eat it. Our sons mac n cheese was cold also. Spoke with the manager who didn’t seem to really care, giving excuses about being short staffed- cold/hard food and terrible attitudes should have nothing to do with being short staffed . Food score was a 73, wish we would have seen that coming in because we definitely would have went else where. Its crazy how they stay busy here with the terrible food and service. We said last time we came we wouldn’t be back for a while, and I say this time we won’t be back period.
