Loved the burger! Wings were ok. Service was great. Very friendly and attentive.

Service is a major failure here. Despite it being a Sunday night with a major NFL game playing, the dining room is only a third full—and yet they still can’t keep up. The to-go experience was unacceptable: not only was the food 20 minutes late, but the staff was extremely unprofessional when I asked about the delay. I urge ownership to look closely at their operations. While the food is passable, the poor treatment of guests makes it impossible to recommend.

Edit to the owner response below: I’m not going to waste my time to fill out form and get some more gift cards just to have this location screw those orders up as well. Don’t be sorry, just fix your operation.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Valentine’s Day and it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was about 75% empty, yet it took forever to get our food. When it finally arrived, it tasted like it had been sitting around for days. Our waiter even called my son (a 260-pound football player) a girl, which was completely inappropriate. The hostess was extremely rude, and we weren’t even given silverware or napkins. Definitely not the experience we expected.

This isn’t the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. The worst was in Carbondale, Illinois but they were packed so at least that was a bit of an excuse. I stopped into the Tunnel Road location today and at 2:30 it was roughly 10% full. I sat down at the bar and there are some folks behind the bar milling around trying to sort something out. No one says high or even acknowledges me. Then they wandered away. So I sat and watched two complete commercial cycles on the football game so lets say 10 minutes. Nobody, nada, nothing. So I left.

This was my 4th time here and once it was good, twice it was meh, and today was the sign that coming back is a waste of time. As a company they’ve slid pretty drastically. Back in 1987 I worked at one of the very first BW-3s (that’s what they were called) and while the wings were much smaller back then, the food was better across the board. Things are expensive these days so I take that into consideration in the number of stars given. If it was cheap I’d probably put 2-3 stars on it but it’s not. Other places have much better wings, better service, and a better overall option for dining in nearly every way. There was a time I would have recommended stopping in and buying a bottle of sauce but the bean counters at corporate got a hold of the recipes and now they’re just run of the mill gloop with no real character. And most of the time I go into one when travelling the cavernous stores are mostly empty. It destroys the vibe for the vast majority of the time when they’re not busy. I can’t imagine this location ever being busy.

They need a full reset. Dump the giant stores that feel like warehouses, go to counter service because clearly staffing is hell, and hire someone to redo the menu to make it worth spending one’s money there. It’s not worth it right now. The wings in the cold bar in the Ingles across the street are probably better for less than half the money.

Gave a 9 dollar tip. Got back to the hotel and they had forgot my guacamole and napkins. Had to throw my chips out. They don’t expedite orders correctly.

I’m not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings in the first place but visiting from out of town so we decided to give it another try. Started with us sat in a booth with completely tore up seats and ready to fall off. Ordered an alcoholic drink that was way too sweet, I tasted no alcohol, and was like I was in the most basic bar that should never serve anything else but beer. The wings were not good at all! They were cold, tough, sauce blah, and I couldn’t finish the 6 I got. The tots were good! The young lady serving us was very nice. We should known better and gone to Papa and Beers across the street. Last time EVER going to a Buffalo Wild Wings and seriously your tore up booths at this location need a renovation people.

Food was great, server was nice but absolutely run ragged. I’m sure they would hire more people for the lunch shift if anyone were to want a job. Not a reflection of the people working, they were great and doing the best they could with a skeleton crew.

Sunday night, less crowded than one would expect for a sports bar. Wife and I arrived at 6:10. Seated promptly, nice server who also took our drink and food order. 1 iced tea came within 5 minutes. My bottle of beer did not arrive. Waiter said he would check with the bartender. We were seated at a high top directly across from the bar. We watched the entire wait staff inquire about drinks they had obviously been waiting on. Observed the bartender moving at her own slow pace. 35 minutes into this observation, wife went to bartender and asked for the beer. Was told there were other tickets ahead of us. Food half eaten and still waiting on beer. Asked for GM; he appeared and made excuses for the young lady who was moved from waitress to bartender with no experience. New or not, I said she has one speed. Slow! He apologized walked away as if this remedied the situation. He to look disengaged and certainly didn’t present as he was a GM. Didn’t even offer to comp the beer, let alone walk 50 ft and pull it from the cooler. Beer finally showed up and was on the bill! Owner, listen up! With this kind of leadership you have a sinking ship! Wait staff were all frustrated. They will move on and your trajectory will only go further down.

So I had a rude server Allie (she is shown in the screen shot I took giving the middle finger to another customer). She had the worst attitude and didn’t care. She walked around to tables and it took her 30 min to take our order. Food took 50 minutes from the time I ordered to it coming to my table. Wings were horrible, cold on the inside and barely cooked. The vegetables had mold also. The carrots had green spots on them.

Floors were disgusting and my booth was falling apart. Definitely avoid this place. The employees don’t care and from the looks of it the management doesent care either.

TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Can’t review the food as I never even got offered to be seated after standing at the “please wait to be seated” sign for 10 mins. Never even acknowledged the entire time I stood there. 15 or so tables open for seating but no one offering to seat me. Staff members standing around tables without customers and standing at booth without customers watching the TV screen. I’ll drive further for the location in Arden. This particular establishment needs to close.
