Service is ok. Atmosphere sucks because dining room is dirty and the music was loud and obnoxious. Hard to enjoy food with bad music pumping in your ears.
My biggest complaint was the food.
My no salt fries were fresh and hot, but that was it.
My cheeseburger and quarter pounder were lukewarm at best.
Who wants a cold burger ?
My advice is to hire new management because this team is going to run your business and reputation down the toilet.

I ordered 30 dollars of food for $15 using a one time 50% coupon on the app. I ordered ONLY monopoly token items, you used to get 2 per large drink or premium menu item but now its just one DOUBLE sized piece… I got so mad when I ordered nearly 30 dollars of food and 3 of my ordered items didn’t even have monopoly pieces on them! Just regular boxes. only my drinks and fries had one so I got 4/9 monopoly pieces and when I ordered I expected 18 pieces. Talk about infuriating.

OK we stopped here for lunch ordered the daily double meal the lady that took our order was very sweet and I believe did here Job very good she told us that we would need to ask for our receipt at the next window and this is when the problem started the girl at this window did not like her job or people I believe… No straw or sause and very unhappy… The burger was honestly see thru… Orded on the app was asked to pull into spot one and waited 10 minutes for my order and then the burger wasn’t warm enough to melt the cheese

It’s hit or miss. My food was all correct tonight but if it will let me upload a picture of my burger what was on it was 100% intentional. It wasn’t wrapped all the way so I opened it to see why and there was not one but TWO big lettuce cores on top of my burger. Like on the bun then wrapped that way. Cute. Are you mad I had a fairly big order for my group of 6 people? Maybe you don’t belong in this industry then. Mcdonalds was my first job and I worked there for several years. It’s not easy like people think but what is easy is just doing your job you’re getting paid to do respectfully. Edited to add it no longer allows me to upload pictures with my review but I have a picture.

Maybe they were short staffed at the time of my visit.
I used the app to place my order. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, this is after the guy said “I’ll be right with you”
When he finally came back on the system, I gave my order code and there was no response.
I waited for a few minutes, cancelled the order on the app,l and left.
Very poor service with no communication. If they were short staffed, an announcement to the customers would have received sympathy and understanding.
With no communication, it is hard to know what is going on in the store.
I cannot give a rating on the food as I never received it.
I cannot give a rating for atmosphere as I didn’t enter the restaurant.
