Michelle was a great bartender and made delicious Long Islands. I’ve been on a wing kick lately so thought Buffalo Wild Wings would have perfected the wings…I was wrong. I will give it to the cook in the kitchen because he was all by himself cooking for the entire restaurant. But I ordered the teriyaki traditional (bone-in) wings. The teriyaki sauce just wasn’t good or appetizing. However, the wing itself was good and the chicken cooked well, so maybe a different sauce would have been better. Lance ordered a cheeseburger which he said was all right. But next time I’d definitely pass on getting wings here and explore wings at another place.

Had a great dinner, made extra special by our server JUSTIN he was on the money with his award winning personally, attention to detail and his fantastic customer service demeanor and people skills super polite and respectful, the food was great . Haven’t been to Buffalo wild wings in years so this visit left a very good impression, I will be back to this location. A side note …. Justin is serious manager material give him a shot !!!!

Our server, Justin, was great! He was pleasant and attentive. We think that he was the only server working though. We had a 35 minute wait even though approximately 60% of the tables were unoccupied. We ordered boneless wings and fries. Our wings had 3 different sauces: Jammin Jalapeño, Honey Barbecue and Parmesan Garlic. The chicken was perfectly cooked but the fries were limp. We did not particularly like any of the sauces that we tried. They all seemed to be tangier than we liked. The 3 star rating is only that high because of our server Justin, otherwise we will most likely go somewhere else for wings.

Server was great even tho the manager sent all of first shift home before 4pm. Ordered wings and fried pickles and when the pickles came out they were in a tray and there was only like 15 of them. It’s fried pickles people!!! I have had them plenty of times before and at almost $9 I expected a basket like every other wild wings I have been including this one before. I got about 15 if I was lucky and the excuse I got was new management. Well this location lost my business from now on. Someone new is trying to save money it looks like!!

I ordered medium hot wings and tots. Both were good and tasty, tots were perfect. Bartender/server was attentive gave me a drink list to order my beer. Only complaint was no Corona Gold, had a blue moon instead.

Anyone who tells you the service, and food was good here is either a friend of an employee, or an employee themselves. The food is nearly unedible, and on a good day your waiting almost a full hour to receive your meal. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, so this is not coming from some keyboard ranger. I also waited to post this review after my 3rd visit. All visits were exactly the same. Avoid this place as they are not holding up the standards of other Buffalo Wild Wings across the country.

I never write reviews, but this was so bad that it merits a warning to others. We had a take out order. Napkins and cutlery were not included, tortilla chips with no salsa, salad of only lettuce and missing salad dressing, wrap that did not have lettuce or tomato, missing dip for the chicken tenders, “mild” sauce that was spicy, and two of the requested sauces was not available. No sure how they can stay open operating like this!

The waiter was nice (we left him a nice tip)! However, he failed to tell me the batter has been changed making the breading harder and the wings and sauce I gat was to hot for me to eat. So I reordered Mild Buffalo with ranch dressing. Still didn’t like it. # ♀️

Waited in a mostly empty restaurant at about 4pm for a table, greeted 3 times by a hostess that forgot about us each time, told “Give me 5 minutes” each time, watched 4 parties walk out, got cold food, and watched at least 10 servers amble around the entire time. Asked to speak with management that never came to our table, called me corporate number on our check to report. The only bright side was our server. He was amazing, even though his section was the only one being seated. I hope he finds a better place to work.

I have been sitting here for 1 and a half hours waiting for my order. NO JOKE! There were 5 people smoking outside half the duration of the order (my mom was waiting in the car and was watching) I’m not sure what the manager (Brittany) was doing in this time but she said there was one cook. Why wasn’t she helping throughout this time knowing she was short handed? Seems lazy on her end. The people weren’t at the front half the time and everyone had orders over 30-45 min over the time it was meant to be done. (I asked) the people here are rude. It’s not a good environment.
