I can’t say enough how pleased we were with this visit. My husband and O both hadn’t been here for YEARS. We decided to go give it a try. The food was amazing…waitress was one of the best we’ve ever had anywhere. Definitely will be back SOON! So glad we gave it a try again.

So I ordered a mobile order for a pick up. Ordered it at 7:34. When it confirmed it said it would be able to pick up at 8:10. My husband was picking it up with our 10 month. He got there an waited for the time, went inside where there was a clearly a lot of people there to also pick up their orders, he waited 15 minutes Before anyone even approached him to ask what he needed. My husband sat there an waited another for 30 minutes till our 10 month old needed to come home.
So I called fully prepared to drive the 15 minutes back up to retrieve my order, when I called all I was told by a very chipper man that it’s packed an he can put me on hold 5 times to talk to a manger about processing my refund. Also while on hold 5 separate times that “order online, it’s fast an easy”, no no it’s not. So now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund to process. Didn’t offer an apology, or any other option to get my refund quicker.
So if you do decide to place an order fully expect to not only not receive your food, you won’t receive even a little customer service. Next time just save yourself the time, go to the store buy wings an prepare them yourself because not only is it not worth it to order on line, in person would be ridiculous too since no one is waiting at the podium an when they do show up they’re unprofessional an snarky rude. 10/10 will never order from there ever again.

Great place. There was a wait for a table but the bar had ample seating. The place stayed busy the whole time we were there. Fantastic bar tender, find myself tipping Bar tenders way more than waiter’s. We had the bogo boneless wings Thursday, got twenty wings started with a basket of Cheese curds. Wonderful New York style Cheesecake with caramel sauce for dessert.Wife got an amazing salad thing was Huge. Two long Islands for me and a Knob Creek 9 Year & Two whiskey sours for my Lady. Maybe our new favorite place

Bartender Lilly was great but in from out of town to watch the Football game and 4 times the tvs have gone out or gotten. Stuck buffering on big plays. New menu item Crispy chicken dippers but apparently they ran out on Thursday before a big nfl game night. I would recommend someone resolve this because it made the experience horrible and I just went back to my hotel room. No issues there with the TV

Went with my parents. Service was good but the food was not. My parents both got the chicken sandwiches and the one was over cooked and tasted like fish. My parents even asked the waiter if fish was served there because it tasted that bad. The waiter didn’t know what to say when it was mentioned. I tried the chicken from my wife’s salad and it tasted fine. After dinner my parents figured it was probably the mayonnaise. My food was fine, and my wife enjoyed her chicken salad.

My grandpa got bone in wings and he got the feathers too but the manager and waitress made it right by compensating our tab which was much appreciated but they could’ve kept the feathers.. however our waitress Brandi (i think was her name) was absolutely amazing and prompt with our service as well as wonderful with my 2 year old autistic toddler! She was greatly appreciated…

Do not recommend ordering delivery through their website! Every time I have ordered it through the website the order has been wrong. 2x I have gotten half the order of wings I ordered. Today I did the BOGO and they didn’t give me the correct amount, I didn’t get any of the requested condiments.

I visited for supper after my work shift at UHC rehab office. My waitress was great and my appetizer was delicious (the new buffalo chicken nachos) even though it took awhile to get to me. My wings were good, no issues there.

I have to travel around the US for work so I’ve been to a lot of bdubs and I have to say this is hands down the best location I’ve been to. They really know how to season their food like the wing sauces are 10X better than normal. Super clean place and great staff. Really wish I lived closer to come here more often.
