Oh my goodness, I have never been to any DQ, or maybe any drive thru that has such a kind and sincere person at the window and taking orders. I am so upset that I forgot her name.
The service was top notch, the ice cream was yummy and I will definitely be back. You are definitely lucky to have such a great staff.
My only complaint is that the order menu is hard to read because it looks like something was smeared across it. Thankfully, I knew what I wanted.

WHY?!?! TELL ME WHY?!?! If I go online to see Blizzard flavors, I should be expected to see THE CURRENT FLAVORS!!! Mint Oreo Cookie NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE but the Red Velvet IS! SO THEY SHOULD HAVE RED VELVET, BUT NOPE!!! Fix the website if its not gonna be right!

The review below by Rebecca I believe is in reference to Kim(manager?). I had the same experience just tonight. She made sure the toppings on my fish sandwich were what I wanted, let me know it would be a few minutes to make, and made sure I got the sauce I wanted for the cheese curds. She was so polite and smiled the whole time. Amazing!

Our cake decorator was absolutely amazing! She got on the phone with me, wasn’t sure if she would be able to do the mushrooms we asked for, but, she did everything PERFECTLY! Our girly was so happy and loved her cake as much as we did! Thanks!

The Fair Ave. DQ in Lancaster, OH is as good as it gets and better than most fast food restaurants. I have never been disappointed with this location. The food, staff, cleanliness, and service is top notch.

30 years ago I had my friend drive my car backwards with me on top of the roof to ask the girl out that worked the drive thru she said no. It’s the most original way to ask someone out anyways banana split is my favorite trading chocolate for more strawberry toppings. I don’t care for chocolate. Strawberry and pineapple r my jam. Paid extra for extra Blizzard flavor (Butterfinger). If that was extra, I’d hate to see the regular amount. Inside area for mobile orders is not marked and when we asked where to stand the answer was “anywhere”.

Bought a customized icecream sheet cake for my daughter’s birthday. They were able to customize it for me very quickly and we got a beautiful cake. Every single person at the party ate the ice-cream cake because it was delicious!
