These fires were so unbelievably dry.. it’s like they had been sitting out for hours and then they threw them on our plate. We give this place a chance sometimes and every time it disappoints us. We try not to complain because whatever it’s not that big of a deal. But with food at this price point as I expect the fries to be good or at least chewable

Forgot to take a photo! Had “Noble” as the bartender. 5 stars! Customer friendly, approachable, professional, constantly checks on you! Ill come again just for his customer service. Had the 15 traditional; Thai Curry, Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper (Rub) and fries. Positive statement: Taste like Buffalo Wild wings. Small and crunchy wings, but I ask for extra crispy too. Fries the same in that regard. I dont like soggy fries.

Ordered take out with DoorDash. I paid and ordered 10 wings …5 Nashville hot 5 garlic Parmesan, with a side of lemon pepper season fries. I only got 10 Nashville. Fries with no seasoning. I called Buffalo Wild Wings and the manager said he/ she only sees 10 garlic Nashville. And fries with no seasoning. Haha. The manager then tells me that “since you ordered through door dash, you have to contact door dash and file a complaint to request a new order”. In my mind, I’m like so even calling the Buffalo Wild Wings and talking to the manager about how they messed up the order does not help. There was no accountability whatsoever. I asked the manager “you’re aware of the low ratings of your store correct?” A reply back of “I am aware” was all that was said.
I saw the ratings and still ordered to give this store the benefit of doubt. I was wrong.

Awesome! I ordered a take out order in store and there was someone there to take my order and it came out quick and was right

Arrived at 5:12pm, upon arrival waited at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes while other waiters and waitresses saw us causally walked by. No greetings until someone from take out saw us and she immediately went in the back of the house telling another staff member people needed to be seated, because by this point there 3 other parties looking to be seated. On top of that there were probably a handful of tables that had customers waiting for food.
Now I understand being short staffed, but there was no communication or apology for having people to wait for anything for extensive periods of time.
We had a table of 4, ordered 2 kids and 2 adults.
The drinks we ordered were the newly advertised Blue Hawaiian and a Long Island drink. Not only was the food lack luster the drinks were poorly made.
The wings didn’t have crispy to them, they were gummy.
I watched an entire family wait an 45 minutes for their food.
We were seated at 5:22pm and didn’t receive our single appetizers of mozzarella sticks until 5:54pm. We wanted to leave but our waitress was very busy with a party that had just arrived. Which I understand, but the fact that there was no one to serve the food was pretty off because I briefly asked the manager what was the turn around time on the appetizer and he didn’t respond just walking away. The bartender approached our table as I asked what the wait time was and she went to find our waitress.
I had been here before it was a good solid 4 but today was the first poor experience I had at any BWW.
The food entrees did arrive by 6:12pm and I noticed it wasn’t piping hot. If you look at the wings they look like there were tossed in a sauce while warm. And to be fair that’s how they tasted.
My spouse requested a Corona Extra which took 15 minutes in a non-busy bar space. The lime in it was not cut and we had come to terms with how poor our experience was.

Again for the second time in 6 months, we walked in to be greeted by a hostess who was on her phone and 5 people in the restaurant! At that point we were told AGAIN the wait for food is over an hour!! Upon looking at only 5 people in the restaurant, she explained that Door Dash and Uber Eats were backing the kitchen up!!
There was no solution or alternative!! Ridiculous.

I literally just got home from picking up my online order. I got there early & was told my food wouldn’t be ready until 6:20 which was what time it was supposed to be. So of course all the food should be fresh,correct? WRONG!!! All of the 30 wings are old & just tossed in sauce. Well besides the ones that were labeled honey garlic….there was nothing on them at all! And I only live one exit away….why were they also cold?! I will definitely take accountability for not opening them all to check them. But damn you would think you wouldn’t have to. ALL of it went straight to the trash including the 2 wings with feathers on them so long they looked like eyelashes. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

A place with great potential but management needs to understand the local scene and schedules to better serve the customers. My server was awesome but expediency could be improved, it could also be the counterpart she has to deal with to get what we ordered. Even with about 7 tables occupied, service was a bit slow. I’m not discounting this restaurant, full of potential but needs better attention. A large party was served, tables clean but failed to clean around it nor the flooring.

Went in to the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, there were only about 6 tables being occupied in the entire restaurant and never even got service. We were sat the moment we walked in the door, had the hostess and a waitress arguing about sitting us in a section and then once we were moved to another location, we sat for 15 minutes before I finally flagged the manager down to let him know that we hadn’t even been greeted by a server yet or had drink order taken. A group of 8 came in and was sat after us and had already had drink and food order taken.
The manager’s excuse was that he had a new server he was working with, which I can understand, but the only other table in our section that was still eating was directly behind us and a server had gone to the table about 3 times already without even stopping to us. She only had 2 tables to wait on if she was our server and we were one of them. I don’t buy this excuse. The restaurant was almost empty, we were just refused to be waited on. After this sorry excuse we decided to just walk out and take our business elsewhere.

Ordered take out and stood at the front for 10 minuets while nobody came by the front at all. Order was done at 1:40 didn’t see anyone till 1:50. A walk in business with no host or anyone at the front register for that long is kinda ridiculous. Got my take out and noticed it was boneless when I ordered bone in when I got home. I double checked that I picked bone in as well. Bone in is also more expensive and I paid extra for nothing because I got boneless. Which I hate boneless honestly. Food is always delicious but the service and attention to tickets sucks TREMENDOUSLY.
