Good food but this was the worst service I’ve experienced. It was a Friday night and very slow. Waiter forgot to put in drink order for multiple tables. Finally got drinks after 45 mins. Waiter made jokes about forgetting for that long and wasn’t handled well.

This place is about as disorganized, dysfunctional, lacking in customer focus. We’ve ordered food to go from here, given us a pickup time… we show up and wait another 25 minutes.. only to find out that our food was read the entire time AND cold. We’ve had missing food in our order to go. Dining in – my son was fed a completely raw burger, we’ve been told wait times of 30 minutes when the place was ABSOLUTELY dead, this place is horrible! East York, while not perfect is at least competent and capable. This place is a literal joke.

Waited 25 minutes to be seated while the hostess walked around. Finally was seated and got drinks, then waited another 30 minutes for our waitress to remember our table to get food. Didn’t get food and just ended up leaving. 2nd time BWW has disappointed me and I won’t return.

Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. They weren’t full, so I’m not sure why the hostess was in the kitchen. Waitress and waiters saw us and no one said anything. After being seated we ordered an appetizer which didn’t come early, it came out with our food. Our food came out at least 30 to 40 mins or possibly even later than that. Checked on once after we got our meals but nothing else. Refill drinks took awhile. Waitress wasn’t that friendly. Very disappointed

1 other table occupied, 2 guys at the bar. I was seated and then sat there for 10 minutes, didn’t see a single employee. No wait staff, no bartender. Finally left without so much as placing a drink order

I ordered 10 boneless wings and fries. I had the mango haberno & the hot sauce (you can get a different sauce for every order of 5) just the right amount of heat that lingers on your tongue also got a large Troegs draft ($8.00 because most places won’t put beer prices in menu )

I only gave 2 stars because the hosts were doing more than our server was. On my receipt the server said Savanna, she didn’t bring us drinks, she didn’t bring us silverware or napkins, she didn’t bring us our food, nor ask us how everything came out until we were almost finished our food, which you can tell our food wasn’t fresh out the fryers as if it had sat before being brought out. She did however spend most of her time standing in the drink cubby, and going in the kitchen which didn’t exactly make sense considering she didn’t bring us our food. Nor was she super busy because she was only waiting on our table and the table behind us. I’m just not sure her point of being there because the most she did was stand on her feet but as far as service, she really didn’t do anything.

Waited over 15 mins for a beer at the bar. Then waited another 30 mins before I was asked what I wanted to eat. I almost gave up on getting service. Btw the food sucked, cold fries, and all around the service is horrible here. I gave this place a second shot. That was a mistake. Avoid this place at all costs unless u like frustrating situations and being ignored when u r a paying customer. Would give it 0 stars.

Overall a very good experience, the food was fantastic although was a little pricey for what you got….it seems that every big chain is cutting their portion sizes right now but increasing prices. Amazing choice of spicing options for your wings, although if you aren’t into wings there are other options too. Fun friendly atmosphere with lots of TV screens showing all different sports. Agree with other comments that service a little on the slow side but then every place seems to be short staffed these days so this restaurant is by no means alone.

food took 35+ minutes to come out with barely anyone dining in. wings were overcooked and were not good. (lemon pepper) overpriced for tiny portions.
