I loved the atmosphere, service, food but the place doesn’t have air conditioning. We went here for lunch but it was 88 degrees outside. We had drinks, hamburgers and fries, and canola to go. The marsala mushroom appetizer was delicious. The drink was delicious if you like fruity drinks. The best part was the service. I would recommend

September 2023, my wife and I stopped in for dinner. Plenty of parking and seating upon arrival. The Michigan Mule was a great drink to start off with the mozzarella balls. The pulled pork sandwich was ok, could of done away with the cheese and the fried bluegill was tasty. The batter was not to thick and the slaw was excellent. Service was great. A nice open atmosphere and we will be back during the warmer months to check out the patio and music!

Wow, I love olive burgers and Yankee Bill’s to this day is the best I’ve ever had along with their crispy fries. I live in Owosso and this place is definitely worth the drive. I made the mistake saying “Tell the cooks how good the burger was” and was corrected we don’t have cooks we have chefs and they aren’t being smug the difference is in the look, the flavor, and being done right and my two encounters have shown me it’s delicious.

Popped in for. Late lunch. The restaurant was somewhat busy, no space at the bar but we found a table right away.
They had an impressive beer list as well as a full bar. Our water promptly showed up at our table and cheerfully took our drink orders.
In addition to the regular menu they had a special side menu which we took advantage of and got some pickle fries and spicy cheese balls.
The apps came out fast and hot.
While enjoying our appetizers, we put on for an olive burger and a Ruben sandwich, both of which were delicious.
All in all, while off the beaten path, Yankee Bill’s is well worth a visit.

I’ve been here twice in the last month, very impressed by the staff, food and atmosphere both times. They accept reservations which helps a lot on busy weekends if you want to sit outside. Tried several different items and drinks on the menu and loved everything!

The bartender was very attentive. It is very clean, we are here on 9/17/23, which is a Sunday. To start with marsala mushroom dip with pita chips is yummy…. if you are trying to hold back on the salt, ask them not to put salt on the pita chips. For dinner, the crab 14-inch pizza. It was wonderful. I had this pizza at other places and it is by far the best crab pizza around. For the two of us this evening, there are four pieces of pizza left. We can’t wait to eat it cold it is going to be so good I bet!

Our complaints would be my daughter’s BLT was expensive and the bacon was over done and burnt
Not a lot of healthy options on the kid menu
She doesn’t eat big portions or a lot of processed or fried stuff, limited
& By her own preferences
Sandwiches does not come with fries, and I wish the server would of reminded us of that bc the menu is large and can overwhelming for ADHD brain with all the good stuff
I would of appreciated the save in money giving it was for a kid and she had no avacado or cheese on her sandwich.

Fish Dinner, Never should have left the kitchen! Very little fish, & way over cooked. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly. Nice place to have a cold one. Just very disappointed in the food.

– this is one of our favorite hangouts! I’ve seen how the owner has put in soo much effort to make this a hidden diamond in the woods! My heart goes out to you and your family during this very rough and bad timing! Hundreds of us are hoping for a Yankee Bills Phoenix . We’ll be waiting for you!

Dined in. It was busy, as expected. That’s ok. Food was good, but a little cold when I got mine. The brisket flavor was amazing and the homemade bun made this place unique. I would have drank if I was offered a drink menu and we weren’t rushed to order a bit.
