Came from Miami and looking for a chill place eat. Out of the entire hall this was most appetizing. We tried the carb asada fries 4/5 carne asada was beef.

I went to this fry bar today and let me tell you it was great!!!!!!! I had the fries with chicken, steak, red onions, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, and buena sauce. The host was very friendly! He showed me how to pick the toppings for my fries and suggested the steak. It was amazing. If you are in Raleigh make sure to try this place.

The food from Buena Papa was great, as was the service. I ended up getting the Italian which has a sauce listed with it in the description, but that sauce isn’t listed on their “sauces” selection sheet. After speaking with the staff member she said it was marinara sauce but I still opted out of getting it. Overall well made, and flavorful. The general atmosphere of the food hall during the dinner “rush” on Mondays is pretty strange though as it feels very sluggish. Surprisingly few people here for that meal.

Overall pretty solid food! They give you a fair amount for the price and really friendly staff willing to help with any questions! In my opinion fries are on the slight saltier side (I ordered the Mexicana) but it wasn’t too bad.

The fries could’ve been cooked a few more minutes but we tried the boricua style and columbiano style fries and they were delicious. The meat was well seasoned and melted in your mouth.
