What can I say about Slave to the Grind? My uncle introduced my brother, sister, and me over 10 years ago and we instantly fell in love! Between the vibe/energy, great service and the amazing coffee – we are addicted! I have never had a bad coffee. I am a big fan of the Iced Coffees – especially Sugar Cookie, Oatmeal Cookie, & Coffee Cake! Honestly, you can’t go wrong!

This is a nice spot. The staff is friendly. There is a great selection of coffee. Prices are fair in my opinion. I am very particular about cappuccinos. I have been craving one ever since I left work as a barista. But this place looked like they could make a good one. So I ordered a medium, vanilla cappuccino and I was not disappointed. It was really, really good. If you like bone dry capps, you will need to specify. Mine was not as light as I would have made it, but it was delicious. My boyfriend ordered a toasted almond cream, drip coffee. He did not care for that one. However, there are so many options here, I will gladly come back to try their other offerings.

This coffee shop is small and stuffy. The staff is rude and forgetful. The baristas barely sweetens their weak watery coffee. The pastries are good but nothing to call home about. Mediocre and over hyped like most spots in Bronxville…

Hands down one of the best coffees in the town. We were going to have a long day at work so decided to grab two and loved it. There is a place to sit and do some work as well but it does get busy. I have to admit that the staff was really quick and with few mins the line disappeared and we had the cafe to ourselves. Orange cranberry scone was delicious as well.

This place is really cool! They have a lot of variety of coffee beans which they can grind for you. Interesting flavors like red velvet. They have a large variety of iced coffee flavors as well! Their oat milk latte tasted fantastic! Staff is friendly and there’s plenty of seating inside and outside. I liked how the staff had lots of regulars come by. It just shows how great this place is. I found the music to be really great here too. They also have apparel. Thank you for your hospitality Slave to the Grind.

Famous coffee shop (with Wi-fi), $2.25 regular coffee (12 oz), nice selection of sweet and savory pastries + good selection of cookies, multiple flavored syrups (+$1), alternate milks etc. They also have tea, chai, 6 special in-house drinks and sell coffee beans (17-20 per pound). There is a $5 minimum for card payments.

For years, I swore Slave to the grind was an Irish pub… I think it may have been the green awnings, lol. To my surprise, it’s an aromatic, atmosphere rich staple to the bronxville area. With endless coffee, endless customer service, and did I mention endless coffee. This has been a go-to spot for me for the summer. My girlfriend loves their Chai, although their matcha is hit or miss depending on who is making it. Regardless, I can say this spot is good. Im not a huge coffee drinker, but I may break for one of their specialty roasts lining the wall. I feel you should do the same.

Let me start by saying the aroma when you walk in is heavenly but the best part was just being greeted even though the barista was in the middle of helping someone else. I’m a plain Jane when it comes to coffee, hot/cold and black. Although their chalk board was a little overwhelming I decided to be a rebel this time and go with an iced coffee cake flavored black coffee. I must admit I was blown away at first sip. It was as delicious as dipping coffee cake into a hot coffee. They nailed the flavor and I’ll be back to try some other flavors for sure.

Awful tasting coffee. Tastes burnt and like it has been sitting there all day. Run by a bunch of college students so you’ll be walking into very loud, dirty looking coffee shop. Would not recommend.
