My wife and I went there for their Thanksgiving special: Roasted turkey, Italian sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie for dessert. This isn’t their usual fare, so don’t look for this on their regular menu.

They do not deserve one star. Horrible experience. . The waiter was extremely inconsiderate of the fact that my husband is lactose intolerant. We ordered spaghetti thinking that it would be the easiest thing to make at an Italian restaurant without cheese.. 45 minutes later the waiter comes out and says “funny story..we are out of meatballs and marinara sauce.” Well, it was not funny. We have 3 young children who sat there patiently for 45 minutes. I found it very rude that they could not relay that message A LOT earlier!! We did order lasagna for the kids and adults (in laws and myself) which came out very cold. It was overall a horrible experience.. cannot describe it any other way. At they serve wine – which was the only way the adults made it through. .

Horrible, creepy service with bland, lukewarm food. Very expensive, and the ‘we only serve family style’ is a horrible idea. We had way too much food for two people, because we didn’t want to eat the same thing. Shame on them for not serving individual sizes for 1 or 2 people to eat.

Today when I was looking on line for a place to take my family out to dinner, I was not surprised to see that this Buca De Beppo had more one star reviews them any other rating. I used to LOVE going to this restaurant when I lived in SoCal. The food, environment and cleanliness of the restaurants were never a concern, but my 3 experiences at the Lakeline location was a drastic difference. The last time I went to this restaurant was by far the worst time I had. My husband and I wanted to sit at the bar for our date night. The cleanliness behind the bar was horrible. Dirty glasses, old condiments taken off tables, cleaning solution, dirty dishes were only some of the things my husband and I saw on the counters behind the bar during our dining experience. The bartender would also be rated a 1 star because of how inconvenienced he was when we wanted order more food or drinks, and allowed our dirty dishes to be piled up between us. Walking to and from the restroom was a treat because we got to pass by several dirty tables with a full of plates. The bathrooms were also something out of a horror movie with how dirty they were. We waiting over 45 minutes for our food, but the restaurant was far from busy. Our food was cold, but because we could never get the attention of the bartender we decided to eat the cold food rather then starve. Then to top it off the tiramisu we wanted for dessert was a gut bomb. The cream was anything but lightly whipped. After spending $100 on our awful dinner date, I dont know if we will ever spend our hard earned money there.

Never had food we were served in this restaurant. It was frozen type food, served cold and uncooked. Never going back. Left with $30 balance on gift card which we will just throw away if Costco does not do anything about it. Going to talk to Costco, they needs to stop selling their Gift Card immediately. Thus restaurant does not even deserve one star. My husband and I stopped for the first time here, we don’t tend to complain much and always leave great tips. We sat there for about 10 minutes at an EMPTY restaurant waiting for get drink orders, finally someone shows up and gets our drinks and food. They come back and have the wrong orders and instead of making it right they just hand it to us. My food also had hairs in it and was overwhelmed with cheese after I requested no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. Worst restaurant would never recommend

I went to the Buca di Beppo in Atlantic City and loved it, so I thought I would try this location. I went with my friend for a late night dinner and it was a disappointment. The bread and the food was cold and needed to be sent back. We felt rushed to eat so that our plates could be cleaned and since they were close to closing 1 of the workers felt it was okay to blast their own personal music on their phone while we were trying to enjoy our dinner. It was rude and unprofessional and we will not be returning.

I’ve been to several Buca Di Beppo locations through out the states. This one should be shut down…The Customer Service here is horrible. There is no accountability with management or staff. The food is not even on par with other Buca Di Beppo locations. I ordered out on Christmas day and they forgot to give me all that i ordered, so i had to go back into Buca and asked for the rest of it. The waiter didn’t apologies or anything. He acted like it was my fault that i didn’t check and was just giving me a bunch of attitude. He also claimed that he was the manager of the restaurant and stated that they were super busy when they were not. There were only a few people in the restaurant When i finally got home i check my order. I order calamari and to my surprise I got mozzarella cheese sticks. After that i was fed up, so my wife decided to call to speak to the manager which was not our waiter btw. The “NEW”General Manager who came there to clean up house, did not apologize for our horrible experience and just kept repeating that he was there to clean house. All he did was refund us for the Calamari. Also one of my Coworker went there yesterday and had a horrible experience as well. This was his 1st time going, we recommended it before we went to this location. He said he would never go back due to his awful experience as well. He stated the Customer Service and food were not what he expected. Needless to say I still love Buca but i will defiantly will not be going back to this location and HOPE YOU WILL STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS WELL.

Oversized portions I assume are to maximize profits, food was just barely par, nothing to call home about. Service started out good and then our server never came back so I ended up finding my own to go box. It was unfortunate because we just moved to Austin from Houston and we live close so we really wanted to like it, but I doubt we will be back. There are so many hundreds of restaurants in this town that if you want to stay competitive you really need to stay on your game first go around.
