Enjoyed the friendly feel of this place. I decided to go with the buffet instead of ordering from the menu. I had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans & macaroni & cheese. Also had a salad. Got a senior discount. Better than fast food.

Building is nice. Arrived around 6 p.m. Took over 10 minutes after hostess seating us before our waitress acknowledged us, and then we were only acknowledged because the waitress walked by and I told her our waitress hadn’t come by yet. People who came in after us had been greeted and given their drinks long before we were spoken to. The buffet didn’t have much food on it. Most containers were empty or almost empty. Two of the employees stood against back wall by buffet and did nothing while 20 people were around the buffet waiting for food to be brought out.

Don’t pay attention to the low reviews their buffet was great everything was great pulled pork ribs, fried chicken, catfish all the sides were tasty, fresh salad and several desserts. Was my first time but not my last.

I really had high hopes for a new restaurant in town and my first visit was fantastic. I went back a week later and it was terrible. The quality of food had dropped so much that it doesn’t justify the price. Hopefully they’ll improve and if so I’ll update my review.

I will not be back. They only have 1 bar for hot food. We waited almost an hr just to sit another 30 mins before drinks arrived. Definitely not the best place to go. They can’t handle a big crowed.

I have actually been to this place. Don’t come at me like I haven’t. It’s terrible. There was no barbecue except some pulled pork in the buffet. A very small buffet. There was nothing special about anything there. This town is full of people who can’t afford to waste money so I’m just putting it out there that you could get better food over at Kroger and cook it at home and probably with your food stamps so even cheaper than this place.
