Went there before when they were having a “soft” opening. Variety of choices is impressive. I had a burrito bowl and wings. I really wanted Chinese but all the places were closed, Sunday. Glad I decided to give bubbakoos another try. Are my fill and I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. Thumbs High!

I ordered a Burritodilla, and it tasted very good. But the service was not very friendly; I had never gone to this chain before, and I had no idea what I was doing when I went up to order. The workers weren’t very accomodating to this, and they came off pretty rudely when asking me what I wanted on the burritodilla. Got the loaded curly fries he only wanted to give me a small amount of queso I mean it only covered some fries so I asked for a little more he gone talk about extra queso… like no fix your mess up what am I going to do with that.. charged me for extra queso when shouldn’t have then charged me extra 3 dollars for crispy chicken on the loaded fries when on the website it doesn’t charge you the extra $3. Kept closing my box after everything he did when I was still tryna tell him what goes on it he made no convo with me just talking to the other employee. he was too busy wanting to go in the back.

This is a huge training issue and accountability issue in this picture. This “burrito” has sauce and queso on the outside of it. It’s very wet, I never enjoy leaving a non-five-star review but I can’t believe someone is being paid for this.

Very clean restaurant, very unique foods to try! I love the taco salad with steak! Staff is very friendly, is a little pricey but you get what you pay for! I definitely recommend blue ash bubbakoos

Staff wasn’t very welcoming. Steak tacos have ZERO flavor. Bowl was decent in size but lacked in flavor. Restaurant was clean but that’s about all it had going for it. $30 for my son and I for dinner felt like money wasted. I’d recommend just about anything else.

I had a steak and shrimp keto bowl and it was $20 for maybe $10 worth of food. Dime sized shrimp and very small portions. Looked nothing like their photos. Service was friendly and quick but due to the price and portions I probably won’t be back.

3rd time ordering from the Blue Ash location. First time was during opening week and food was good. 2nd time ordering, the taco salad was so watery the shell was a soggy mess and the toppings were minimal. Third time, I asked for toppings on the side. When I came for pickup they said they didn’t see my note until after it was made and put all toppings on the salad and asked me to take it as is. When I asked for it to be remade they said it was too expensive to put the toppings in condiments cups (3 salsas, sour cream and jalapeños) and mixed all the toppings together in one styrofoam container which ended up being a mess and leaking all over the rest of the order. Bubbakoo’s chintzy practices and poor customer service has cost them my business by refusing to accommodate a simple request with a few condiments cups.

Sticker shock!! Ordered 2 steak and shrimp burritos and it cost $40!! Then menu format is extremly deceiving!! I could have gone to El Rancho Grande and got way more and better quality for the price. This was our first and last visit.
