Our first visit felt a little disorganized and most of the customers who came in after us were also first time visitors.
No stickers in the dining room, which always makes me happy and plenty of empty seating.
We had to make an effort to stay in the $10-$20 range, we could have easily spent $20-$30 per person. Sodas, chips, cookies and guacamole are a few of the add ons that really add up.
I had a keto taco salad bowl. First time ever having to ask for extra lettuce to help fill up the bowl. One thing that certainly kept a star back was the greasy feeling in my mouth, most likely from the hamburger, everything was vegetables.
The honey sirracha was good, but I am sure it contained sugar, which is not in my dietary goals. That is on me.
50/50 we might stop back in, the staff was helpful and friendly.

I came looking for more protein, and they delivered. The portion sizes are generous, and the food arrived fresh and hot. The burrito-quesadilla combo was flavorful and filling, and the curly fries were a nice, crispy addition. If you’re in the mood for a hearty, satisfying meal, this spot is worth checking out.

Had an awesome experience here with the suggestions and service with Jason and Mandy, the restaurant was clean, the vibe was pleasant and the cooking and prep and the food was excellent! Very friendly and fast service with a smile. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family!!

I ordered through door dash. Paid 25.00 for a burrito. I have heard good things abut this place, but was greatly disappointed with a rice burrito that after 10 bites i finally found a flavorless meat. They left the sauce off completely. Between poor food quality and door dash this has to be one of the worst lunches i have ever had.

I’ve only been to one other bubbakoos and it was delicious! Even at that location, though, they seemed to prioritize online orders over walk in customers. My husband, 2 children and myself went in for lunch today, but left frustrated and disappointed. It seemed that a worker called out and there were a couple online orders being made by a young girl who was suppose to be ending her shift. When she was finally able to take our families order, she got on her phone a couple times, finished making my meal, walked to the back and when she came back up, she clocked out saying her ride was going to leave her. So we waited for the only other person working to come up and help us. She doesn’t acknowledge us at all, asks someone that came in way after us what order they were picking up and immediately started making an online order. At this point, our kids were getting very antsy and impatient, as were we. With the ample time we had to look around, after taking a closer look at the food, it looked like it had been sitting out all day and after being treated the way we were, we decided to just leave. We left hangry and disappointed, not sure if we will try to eat here again.

Today I had a really disappointing experience at the Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Plant City, FL. As soon as I walked in to pick up my order, the girl working at the counter, Amanda, spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way — telling me right away that “guacamole isn’t free” when I hadn’t even said anything yet.
I explained that I ordered the same way I always do and that the issue was with the website, but instead of helping, she and another young worker started making fun of me in front of other customers. It was humiliating and unnecessary.
I love Bubbakoo’s food and have always supported local spots, but this kind of attitude is not okay. Customers deserve respect, not mockery. I even have video proof of what happened. I hope management sees this and takes it seriously, because no one should be treated like that when simply picking up lunch.

Never had an issue here till yesterday. We got the taco special of 3 tacos. 2 hard and one soft. My soft taco had basically no shredded chicken in it. And was just covered in sour cream. Then my hard tacos had no toppings and just shredded chicken?!? The grease on the bottom of the hard tacos was so much the bottom of the tacos fell out when I picked them up. All my chips were clumped together covered in so much grease also. Picking up food on your lunch break and not being able to go back in and show them because I am on my lunch break is disappointing. Especially when I spent 30.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. If you go in and order they’re great! I’ve been eating here for a couple years, and since March, every time I order online (either third party or directly through the website) my food is messed up. The receipt reads correctly, the order itself is just wrong. I’ve never had an issue when I go in and order. I ONLY have this issue when I order online. They also make the portions smaller with online orders vs in person. I WILL NOT order online again. ONLY in person.
