The food was good and service as well. It’s a small place and I was impressed with the layout where the kitchen is across from the aged meats. Make sure you go to the restroom before going here as they are single person restrooms. Nice ambience and it was opening day. Will be giving it another try soon! It’s not cheap but that’s what you would expect for high quality meats. Enjoy!

The shrimp scampi was delicious! The Ceasar salad was good. The steak and fries was good but the corn topping was unnecessary. The iced tea was good also. 100$ for 2 people. I’d like to see professionally dressed managers not wearing shorts greeting me as I’ve worked in fine dining and it sets the tone for people entering your establishment. The place was beautiful the bar was stunning and the cold room where you can see meat being cured was also a nice touch. The place was clean and the staff that came to the table were courteous and attentive. They even shook my hand before leaving the table. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I will be returning.

First visit, this place is low key, casual dress. The food quality, and presentation, are on par with any high-end Steakhouse I’ve been to like Ruth’s Chris in Irvine. I ordered the ribeye with lobster tail, and it was prepared perfectly. I also enjoyed a house salad, sides of mac and cheese, asparagus, and mixed roasted vegetables. All were delicious. It’s great to have a high-end Steakhouse locally. Now I don’t have to drive to the OC.. lol
The prices are on the same as any five-star Steakhouse, as expected with food of this quality. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a high-quality steak. And I forgot to mention they have a full bar, and two TVs

From beginning to end, this place was top tier. I felt like a part of the family when I was there. The food was beyond what I was expecting. Even the sides were some of the best I’ve ever had. Our server, Michael, was super sweet and knowledgeable on the menu and the drinks and helped my husband and me make the best food choices. We will be going back here again and again!

Amazing gem of a steakhouse! My steak was cooked perfectly to order, and the blue cheese infused butter I added on was fantastic. All of the appetizers and sides we got were also great, especially the charcuterie and wedge salad.

Absolutely incredible experience at Brunks Steakhouse in Norco!

I ordered the Snake River Farms Gold Ribeye, and it was hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seared, and seasoned just right to let the rich flavor of the Wagyu shine through. Every bite was mouth-watering.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and on point the entire night. Great service from start to finish.

Brunk’s is officially the new gem of Norco. If you’re a steak lover or just looking for a quality night out, don’t miss this place. Hats off to the team!

Top choice premium steaks. The owner Nichole is fabulous and such a sweetheart. It was an awesome experience and the steaks melted in your mouth. Very relaxing atmosphere and good variety of food. Service is top notch with constant monitoring and attending your needs. Love this place.

I’m a bit of a steak snob, I have to admit, so let’s get right to it – my medium rare ribeye was PERFECT! It melted in my mouth. It had marbling that added great flavor and the butter on top was delicious. It needed absolutely nothing else – the quality of the meat spoke for itself. I can’t wait to go back for another steak!

I also got to try the mashed potatoes, which were creamy and delicious. My house salad was enjoyable and I could tell the ranch was house-made! The mushrooms were good as well. My other big highlight of the meal though was the White Lyon lemon ice cream. This is an exclusive to Brunk’s – it won’t even be served at White Lyon. It’s a perfect pairing if you ask me, because a light refreshing dessert was great after a hearty steak and otherwise heavy meal. The ice cream tasted like a plain vanilla, but had lemon zest and lemon juice, a bit of salt, and then honey drizzle.

I love nothing more than an Old Fashioned with my ribeye. My Old Fashioned was good, and I loved the double bourbon cherry, but I do wish it was one big ice cube instead of crunchy ice. The crunchy ice melted too fast/watered down the cocktail a bit.

I was here for a private event before opening night, and I can’t wait to return and try all the other side dishes – but I will never go and NOT order a medium rare ribeye. I’m craving it NOW!

Amazing from beginning to end! Steak was perfectly trimmed – season and cooked to tempature! Cocktails, calamari and potatoes complimented steak perfectly and last but not least that red wine infused pear with ice cream was the cherry on top! Will definitely be coming back!
