I came in contact with 4 individuals 3 were young and perhaps a manager. The three employees all acted as if today was their first day and they had no clue. The young man taking the order over the phone was talking to someone while taking my order and I had to repeat it 3 times. Our order should have come with chips or fries and they were missing from our order. And it took 2 young ladies to figure that out and give me a bag of chips to go with our sandwiches. They all acted like deer in the headlights !

For sure not the best pizza one can purchase but holy hell is is cheap and it’s really good for the price. Pizza hut especially this one never lets me down. The carry out times for online ordering are spot on and every employee has been pleasant to deal with. Some were downright awesome

They do a good job overall usually but of course no one is perfect. O ordered it online for a pickup time and they apparently gave my pizza to someone else (idk how you do that) and had to wait another 15min however the manager was very nice and personally brought my order out and gave me a coupon for a free pizza next time. will keep coming.

This is definitely one of the better Pizza Huts I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a few in several states. These guys are fast, accurate, friendly, and do a fantastic job making delicious food.

I placed an order tonight online. There was some confusion on my part and thought I went I chose pickup. Went to the drive through. He said that it went out for order. I gave the guy a very good tip to give to the driver because I didn’t put it on the bill thinking I chose carry out. I get back home and my wife and daughter said that the driver was very rude asking about the tip and we could pay now. My wife had to get up from my sick 2 year old to go and try to find this guy money. Not knowing that I made the mistake. So this guy got 2 generous tips. Knowing the fact that my daughter works at the SW Pizza Hut she said that is not the right behavior they are taught. So I called the manager and told her how her driver was rude. She completely blew me off and had zero empathy. But the good news is I got a 10 dollar credit. I ended up paying over $50 for 2 med 2 topping pizzas including tip. Don’t make your customer feel they have to tip and you’ll get better tips. It should be expected. However if someone doesn’t leave a tip go back to your car don’t say a thing and cuss that person out as your driving away by your self.

I’ve always had good service (we eat puzza a lot). Mistakes do happen occasionally, but they are good about making things right. Small town hospitality! FYI, It’s not a dine in place. There’s only 1 table to wait for carry out.

We order online and pickup a delicious pizza every week. They also have delivery. Never been inside so don’t know the atmosphere. The pickup service is very friendly and know my husband by name, he’s been there so often. So glad they opened a place in Huntertown so we don’t have to drive to Ft Wayne anymore.
