By far the NASTIEST Brueggers I have ever visited. Staff Is nice but I would not recommend eating any food there. I order food plus a side of Jelly and the lid for the individual container had mold on it not to mention the jelly had multiple foreign objects in it. The food was definitely not Brueggers standard. The bacon was see through thin no pepper the bagel tasted burnt and the counter they made it on looked like it had not been clean for weeks. This place needs a deep deep cleaning. 1 star is to many

Changing from 2 stars to one. Went this morning around 745am to buy a bunch of bagels for the office. Sign says they open at 730am. Door locked. Waved at staff thinking they just forgot to unlock it. Nope – only doing catering orders. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. Never returning to this location.

Walked in… no one out front. Both come out… clearly don’t like each other. this location is terrible. I have been twice in the last months and they have been closed unexpectedly. they have a sign on the door saying they had to close for the day. If it is a staffing issue or issue with the facility, they are better off closed for good. Very disappointing to show up at establishment and go out of your way to find out they decided to close. Both times I have seen workers inside the restaurant. Really bizarre and they are loosing a lot of money. I won’t bother going back to this location because I cant trust they will be open when I get there.

Three staff on duty today were all working hard to serve the line of people at 10:30 a.m. on a Tues. morning. They deserve 5 stars. But the work area hasn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. Seeds & other bagel topping were mounded up around the edges of the work counter. Staff used to put a bagel on a clean sheet of paper before spreading cream cheese & laying on meat & veggies. Today staff just put the bagel on the iffy countertop & wrapped it in paper afterwards. They were out of many flavors of bagels despite the baker was working hard. More staff needed & daily cleaning of the debris left from handling bagels.

Closed, yet again… fire the manager… a few employees there, but they closed for the day by 8a. They had at least a couple dozen prospective customers come to order, only to find a locked door in the short time that I was there. Customers that had ordered online were not able to get in, nor able to call to handle their order. Then they turned off comments for an hour…
