I love brueggers but the wait time at this location is always insane currently still waiting for my mobile order that I ordered 30 minutes ago… it’s honestly ridiculous. There’s not even that many people in the store right now. Just don’t offer mobile orders if you can’t handle it
Update: got my bagels opened them up in the car while we were driving away one of the orders was wrong and mine was missing a chunk. Also if you squint REALLY hard you can see some of the tiny amount of chipotle mayo sauce that is on the bagel.

It’s so easy to stop here and grab a bagel. The staff is always friendly and they give suggestions when you need them. It’s hard to find bagel spots in Minnesota but this one is tried and true.

I’ve contacted them a couple times to see if they would be willing to donate for my schools Mental Health Club meeting and each time have given us boxes of fresh, warm, bagels. Absolutely wonderful group working here, and some of the nicest people I’ve engaged with. I recommend going here with no hesitation!

Stopped in this location and was greeted by a very nice employee – Ian. He was extremely helpful – helping me decide the best sandwich to get. It was worth the short wait 🙂 I would definitely return if I lived in the area. I wish there were more stores in the Milwaukee, WI area.

this morning, i moseyed over to my local bruggers bagels to retrieve a delectable bagel. the second i pranced onto the bruggers bagels premises, i knew my taste buds were in for a real treat! a mouthwatering aroma obstructed the territory. when i took my first nibble of the divine dough ring, i was sent into a different dimension. this asiago parmesan bagel with garlic herb cream cheese was a culinary magnum opus. with a crispy, crunchy, yet yielding exterior that gave way to an interior of doughy goodness, it provided contrast so divine that i momentarily believed I had ascended to a higher plane. luscious cloud of herbaceous bliss, melded seamlessly with the salty, umamiladen symphony of the bagel’s dough, creating a contrast so profound it redefined my understanding of flavor itself. Bruegger’s, you have outdone yourselves.

Never go here, wait times are horrendous, it’s good food but simple bagels with cream cheese take 45 minutes to even appear. Save yourself the time. It’s always full of people standing around waiting for their simple orders so you can never dine in unless you want to be surrounded by other starving people staring at you while they wait for their food. Not worth it. Get some better staffing.

Ordered the brisket bagel through the mobile app for pickup and upon getting to work and opening it up was extremely disappointed. The bagel was cold and the meet was uncooked. Tried calling the store, no answer. Have tried multiple times reaching out to Bruegger’s customer service through the contact us page for a refund and no response every time. Would highly recommended choosing a different location and if you have a problem, good luck getting any resolution.
